      You can sweeten tea with it, make homemade ginger ale by adding it to club soda, use it to sweeten cocktails, it could work as simple syrup for some cake recipes likes spiced cake or apple cake, can also be used to add a little sweetness to smoothies ☺️

      Yes pretty much, if not more. I don't really measure it at all😊 for the syrup stage you want enough sugar to form a simple syrup. For the coating stage just as needed.

    The knif in the beginning got me nervous, why not just snap it off... this Ginger looks very fibrous, smh

      Im sorry I made you nervous🤣 Some of the little nubs are hard to snap off so I just chose the quickest way for the sake of making the video short. As for the ginger, I just worked with what I got from the store.sometimes it's fibrous and dry sometimes it's younger/fresh😄
