No just a cheap car to drive to the shop and back or to take on road trips (I use my van for work). It has become a bigger project than originally planned, wait till you see what is coming up......🤣
Not really sure what you mean, I don't know what shifter ball feet are, but in saying that I did not sand anything, I removed the old shifter and bushing, cleaned everything, installed a new bronze busing (see my other video on the bush install) and fitted shifter with a light smear of high temperature bearing grease (like that you use with wheel bearings) on the ball.
Are you building an auto-crosser (kinda gymkana) or rally car?

Did you have to sand down the shift ball feet? Mine sits half way up on the bushing
