Thanks for the video. I always figure out the scrap value of jewelry pieces so I know what it’s worth. How do you feel about the hollow Franco’s? Are they more durable than the hollow ropes?
Thanks for watching. Honestly, I think even with the hollow stuff, the way francos are made and the way the links connect, it is so much more durable than a rope. It takes more gold to make a franco, so even a hollow franco would be more durable than a hollow rope. Now, the question is whether a solid rope beats a hollow franco. I think the rope would win in that case. I stay away from hollow these days unless it’s free or they are just earrings. I’ll do a video soon on hollow stuff. ☺️💎
@@hiphopjewels for sure I made the mistake of getting a hollow cuban and I didn’t realize it was hollow when buying it. That was my first gold chain so I didn’t know what to look for. Now I have a 3mm diamond cut Franco. I went for the best quality, heavy duty chain I could get for what I had to spend. I’ve been really pleased with the franco.
@@CodyRayDees513 Yeah, hollow dents way too easily. I had a hollow figaro as my second chain ever. They start out looking nice but not worth it in the end. They dent up easily. That solid 3mm franco will last a lifetime. Great choice. ☺️

@@hiphopjewels Yeah I actually bought a couple pieces from them throughout the years, all great quality and great customer service. In my opinion they beat out Jacoje except for the packaging and pendants.
