Today i will make mango Panna cotta

Ingredients-
FOREMILK MIXTURE;
1 cup full fat milk
1 cup fresh cream
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1/4 tsp vanilla essence
1/2 tsp gelatin
Set diagonally two glasses in cake tin
Mix gelatin in 2 tsp hot water and keep aside for 10 minut
Take milk and cream in pan cook on low flame , now add sugar and vanilla essence this mixture should be warm, (remember do not boil this mixture)
now switch off the flame and add prepared gelatin mixture into it mix it well to make lump free solution. Slightly cool it then pour into diagonally set glasses. keep these glasses into refrigerator for 6-8 hours. If they do not set keep in freezer for 2-3 hours then take out for next procedure.
FOR MANGO MIXTURE
1.5 TSP GELATIN
2 spoon powdered sugar
3 medium size sweet mangoes
take gelatin in bowl and add 2 tsp hot water mix it well and set aside for 10 minut.
Wash and peel the mangoes and roughly chopped them ,then transfer these pieces into blending jar and blend it to make fine puree. Now filter this puree to make fine smooth paste. Now add powdered sugar and powdered gelatin mixture into it.
Take out diagonally set glasses from the refrigerator. Now pour mango puree mixture in to it and again keep these glasses in refrigerator for next 8 hours.
After 8 hours mango Panna cotta will set perfectly, now garnish with mango scope ,cherries, and fresh mint leaves.
