I used to have really bad anxiety, insomnia, and stress. What helped me to eliminate these problems and feel peace again is to: stop drink caffeinated drinks, eliminate fine sugar in my diet, take cold shower every morning, exercise everyday, and meditate. Now my sleep is back to normal, no more anxiety, panic attacks, or feeling depressed!
