In this video, I talk about the power of compassion and how it is often underestimated in society. I believe that compassion is like a muscle that can be trained and when it is, we become more loving individuals. Many great saints and sages throughout history have exemplified compassion and love as key parts of their character, such as Yogananda and Jesus.
I also discuss the importance of compassion in the workplace, and how a boss who shows understanding and empathy can create a safe space for their employees and encourage them to deliver their best work. I encourage everyone to cultivate compassion in their lives, as it can not only bring happiness to those around them, but also create a more peaceful and connected world.
I share my personal experiences with compassion in both my personal and professional life, and how it has helped me to reframe my perspective and see the world in a more positive light.

I've been realizing from all the learning I've been doing, when your in survival mode, your fearful of everything and or self focused, you don't have time to think of others, because your too consumed with trouble ❤️ When you transform yourself and release the trauma and learn to live in the present moment, enjoy all the experiences around you, and you start to see the people who haven't figured it out yet. I'm so grateful for all the love I have received to start my healing and new life. Love is the greatest command.

This is a core concept in Hindusim/Buddhism. Never try (at least as much as you can) to bring harm/or negativity to someone's life. Try as much as you can to benefit others around you - that is not just benefiting them in material fashion, but you being someone that people look up too and they feel happy whenever you are around.
And yes, being 'nice' is seen as weakness and that mindset has to change.

God, the Lord Jesus Christ loves you! Restore your relationship with God by repenting of your sins and putting your faith in Jesus Christ, "... that Christ died for our sins according to the Scriptures, and that He was buried, and that He was raised on the third day according to the Scriptures..." (1 Corinthians 15:3-4)
