    I've been playing with my Volca Beats for about a month now and I'm constantly discovering nifty little tricks. This machine is such a blast. Some people complain that it doesn't have a dedicated swing knob, but as you demonstrated in this video, one can easily generate swing grooves with the stutter effect.

      Mod the snare. It's super easy to do.

    This is a really great video, it's a big help for a new Volca user.
    Next time you make a tutorial video, can you zoom right in on the machine tho' ? This is tiny.

      Hey, in this video you're hearing a recording straight into my Zoom H1 Recorder. Occasionally I will use that as an interface and record into Garageband. You might look into Audacity for a basic place to start. Hope that helps!
