Main thing i like about your videos the most- 1.you record most of your videos in a peaceful environment, without background noise. Keep it up 2. Your way of presentation is nice and you explain technical terms and technology in layman's language. 3. You speak very politely and frankly speaking, I haven't seen any video on automobile repair with a polite voice in background, except your's. Most of the people use such a harsh language in their videos that it becomes impossible to watch the video completely. But it is unfortunate to see that there are some people on youtube who dislike your videos. Your videos doesn't deserves even a single dislike. I have a suggestion which I personally think you may consider to catch more subscribers and more likes. Make some videos on BS 6 technology because it is a hot topic now a days and you shouldn't miss the chance. Make some review videos and technological demonstration videos on BS 6 models. I have seen many stupid videos on BS 6 Models with tons of likes, and believe me your way of presentation is thousands of times better then those people.

Fantastic video! Older bullet has neutral finder lever that helps to go to neutral directly from high gear (2,3,4). Maybe that controls the shifting drum differently? Will be interesting if you can discuss that in a video.
It's constant mesh gear system. Here the input & output gears are in touch with each other constantly. Synchronized gear is a little more sophisticated, where the doggears rotate by syncing with the RPM.gear Shifting is very smooth.

I have a question. If I want to keep my speed low like 20 or 30, do I still need to shift to gear 4 ? Or can I ride my bike at 2nd gear during all my journey ?

There are non sychromesh gear box such as sliding mesh in this gear boxes mostly were used in heavy vehicles the gears on the output shaft and input shaft were not in constant mesh during neutral hence while shifting gears a collar was used to mesh a particular gear on the output shaft but speed synchronisation was issue and needed skilled driver to adjust accelerator and clutch to synchronise speed and avoid gear noise then with research the gear box turned into constant mesh the name suggests gears are constantly in mesh in neutral but the synchronisation was still an issue at high speed gear shiting so in modern cars the gear box turned into a constant mesh gear box in addition to a synchroniser in which the the collar has a locking or synchroniser ring which helps in smooth engagement of gears.sir you explained very well the practical aspects of a two wheeler gear box found easy to understand never had a chance to see the detail explaination thanks
