- Final Six: the bonustrack of the limited edition of Slayer's 'Christ Illusion'.
I was searching it on youtube to show it to some people together with the other nominations of "GRAMMY AWARDS 2008". (So that everyone could compare all songs)
But I could'n find it, so I made it myself. :)
I put some pictures of the band members in the video, so that everyone can see who the people behind the amazing songs are. (If you didn't figgered it out yourself or when this is the first time in your fucking life that you're hearing a Slayer song!)
(And I don't speak English very well, so sorry for my bad English)

Im 50. I appreciate Slayer more today than i did thru the ages of 15-40. Never forget hearing Angel of Death on WPRB Out of Princeton U (College Station). It was the most badass song i had ever heard. Hearing Lombardo go off on drums? It was 100% pure unadulterated metal mayhem. It made Larz Ulrich obsolete overnight. And here i am 35yrs later and 11 Slayer Concerts later still banging my head to the best music ever written on this hell hole called Earth!

This song is about the arrival of the sixth sun in the Aztec calendar, when a sudden expansion of collective unconscious makes humanity realize its essential nature as interdimensional beings of light. Jeff was a crazed genius. He expanded on the theme in World Painted Blood. Jeff was a terrific musical storyteller. Kerry is a ranter, sometimes brilliant, but always tiring after 2-3 songs.

I love this song. Slayer should get nominated for an award for their music.
It's funny how the bonus track is the best one.
I love the "christ illusion" album it has some of my favorite Slayer songs, like:

Slayer is fuckin amazing. I was raised in the early 80's so my generation was all about the big thrash bands. As for the new metal, such as slipknot, its just the new generation of metal. either way, metal is good for the soul.
