This was awesome! And, I appreciate you adding a little savasana at the end. I was worried that I wouldn't have time and I'd have to take it 40 minutes after but, it worked out perfectly! Thank you! Love you guys! Ps. If I hadn't done the Master Kriya, I wouldn't have been able to do those core poses! But, I killed it and I feel so good! 💚💚💚

Thanks again Andrew- this is now my go to when I am short on time in the morning or I haven't had much sleep. Love the long Breath of Fire at the end- it means I can save time on breathwork afterwards, lol. I could literally feel heat from my navel after the middle bit as well!
Wow! I tried this with another teacher but it was too difficult. Been doing hatha yoga for twenty three years and teach it, too,c so I'm not unhealthy or anything. THIS version was perfect❤ I felt my third eye pop open, and so vibrant now. What a lovely man you are! Thank you so much! Sat Nam❤

But it was in Traditional Hatha Yoga. I've never actually done any TTC with 3HO or Yogi Bhajan's system. All my understanding has come from books and my own experiences.
