Underwear is an important baseline for every good outfit💃 However, no balconette bra can elevate your self-esteem the way accepting your body THE WAY IT IS does! I wish every woman would "work" on her body from the place of love.. Let me know how do you feel about your body? Is there anything you would add to this list? And let me know if you would like to see a video on "most common underwear mistakes"? Let's chat!💃
Loving ones body is a challenge in todays society. I try, but there isn't a day that goes by where I don't notice the size of my belly...
@@108ladylena I totally get it, especially with the standards that are still being photoshopped! But we still have to find the way not to bring ourselves down!
Great video, dear Giedre. A beautiful outfit always starts with a suitable base. I'm on the big bust side, and all your advice was on point; I apply it regularly because I'm used to it, but I remember that in my teens, it wasn't so automatic. About my body, I love it. I nurture it, take good care of it, and accept it. So, I enjoy planning my outfits as best as possible to make things work for me and my body type. I also avoid using textured underwear and prefer plain bras, as the textures can map to the surface of my clothing, which is not flattering. And I've used those extensions for the bra, for those cases when it was tight. I don't need them anymore, but that can help sometimes. I have an extra set of much wider bra straps for cases when I wear lighter clothing and want to avoid any marking on my shoulders. Thanks again for the video!
@vylia thank you, Mary for sharing that with me!🙌🎈 I’m so glad to read your message and notice that the things we discuss really works practically as this is my goal with every video 🫶🤍 happy to meet you here every time, best wishes!☀️
Finally I had time today to watch this video!! This content is awesome thanks for all the tips. I have small breast but I do not like wearing push ups bras, I like bralette bras or I can usenipple covers especailly in summer wearing dresses with bigger cleavage. I was wondering maybe you could make a video for women with smaller breats or swimwear for petite women best regards :) I have to watch live sessions too:)
Thank you so much for these reminders! My Mom also use to say that your breast points should be halfway between your elbow and your shoulder! A very important age lifter!❤️❤️❤️
Totally agree with you, Roberta! You can tell I look 10yrs older in a snippet of "sagging" bust vs "appropriate" point. I took the video with padded bra below my breasts to imitate this but it does the justice.
Great video! I needed this one at this moment. Time for new undergarments!!
Happy to hear that it was the right timing and worked as a reminder! :)
Great tips! Thank you❤️. "Boring bras and pants" are my favourite now 😄👍
And yet the best!😅🌸🎈
brilliant!
Happy to hear you enjoyed it! 💃
I totally agree with you that the right underwear is the best basis for a good look!As regards the relationship with my body, I must say that I have had periods in which I didn't like myself and others in which, however, I was satisfied with how I will appear. Now I'm at an age where I appreciate it above all the fact of being in good health. I don't know, maybe the COVID experience makes me understand how important it is to feel good.
Thank you for all the valuable advice you give us in this video.
See you soon
Ciao😘😘😘
I'm happy to hear it, Maria! And thank you for sharing your personal experience ❤ It's funny (and at the same time sad) how sometimes I look back and realize that I had the best body ever but back then I was not capable of accepting it and be happy and I still found the ways to fix something about myself. Now I try to remind myself everyday to be just grateful for the things my body can do and accomplish and as you say how important it is just to feel good ❤ thank you for the great reminder ❤ ciao! 😘

Very tastefully made video/ 🎉
I’m glad to hear that, Catherine, thank you for letting me know!🎈
Any recommendations on shape wear that flattens the stomach area but lifts your bottom?
I just have discovered MissMary brand that seems to have some great undergarments, also Triumph has several great models with additional compressing on the stomach area - try checking out their shape smart line
13:30 excellent tips! And the overall format of your videos is one of the best available; always informative, full of helpful learnings, well exemplified, little and only relevant personal stories . Thank you and the best of luck!
@@user-lw4ih6ue6v thank you so much for sharing your feedback, it's really so pleasant to hear! I'm happy to have you over here on my channel!
I love this video. Thank you so much. I enjoy all your tips and tricks and do,s and don,ts.
Very useful video! I avoid wired bras because they restrict lymp flow. Lymphs are essential to detox your body from heavy metals and other waste. For that reason wired bras that are tight and dig into your skin, are thought to cause breast cancer. As a result, many women in the natural health community avoid wearing wired bras.
This is so interesting and to be honest my most worn and actually comfortable bras are underwired. OMG, I haven't heard about this before, thank you for sharing!
@@giedre it's a myth and not proven by any research
@@wendycayless nowadays there is a lot information out there and it’s important to filter down! and I guess choose to follow what truly speaks to us is the right way 🫶
@@giedre I guess to choose what's been proven scientifically (I am a breast cancer survivor)
@@wendycayless totally 🫶🎈
I notice that finding a bra for small brests is very difficult.
Yes it is. I’m small breasted but wide across the back and always have to add extensions.
