@@robertjuh I think they're the best skirm unit in the game imo, get a mass of them and let them throw dynamite at other skirms and they'll just delete them instantly.

Natives need a outlaws pop reduction card, especially Lakota as they can upgrade to USA outlaws with cards.
Agreed. Also the outlaws should not require a huge big button in order to be trained
nah man, Lakota got 200 pop to begin with - give that outlaws with only 2 or 1 pop and you got yourself a new meta

being 2 pop really helps them a lot
15:11 actually only Japan has access to Arsenal and no Asian civs have access to Range Caracole.
Another reason to choose outlaws as Asians is in the late game, when your merc build goes to trash because you have no access to imperial mercs either.

Man, the cowboys always do great for me. I use them for harassment mostly and that burst damage plus high mobility does wonders especially early on. But even late game I'll micro my US Carbiners and Cowboys separately managing burst and focus fire and it's pretty effective.
Cowboys punch above their weight if use them right and are good at micro.
Yeah they're def better than comancheros, but we didn't include them on this list, they're on the dragoon list as a USA specific unit

We explain it at the beginning, but USA and Mexico outlaws are not included in this list. Additionally, native access to outlaws and African access to outlaws are not taken into consideration, only European and Asian

I am sorry but Hajuk are total ass. I've tried them multiple times but they seem to do shit all vs skirm as well as vs heavy inf. They just don't work for some reason.
