Ingredients
To Make Omelette Sandwich
Brioche Bread
Egg - 3 Nos
Carrot
Cabbage
Spring Onion
Salt
Pepper
Mayonnaise - 2 Tsp
Tomato Ketchup - 2 Tsp
Butter
Cheese Slice
Method:
Egg Omelette Sandwich
1. Mix mayonnaise and tomato ketchup together. Keep it aside.
2. To a bowl, add carrot, cabbage, spring onions, salt and pepper, and mix well.
3. Add the raw eggs and mix it with the vegetables.
4. To a pan add oil and pour the egg vegetable mixture.
5. Once the egg cooks on one side, flip it over.
6. Once the egg is cooked completely, keep it aside.
7. Toast the bread slice on both sides with some butter.
8. To assemble the sandwich, add the tomato ketchup, egg omlette, cheese slice, mayo mix, egg omelette, another cheese slice, mayo mix, and finish with the second bread slice.
9. Egg Omelette sandwich is ready.
To Make Egg Scrambled Sandwich
Brioche Bread

Sugar - 1/4 Tsp
Salt
Pepper
Milk - 2 Tsp
Mayonnaise - 1 Tbsp
Condensed Milk - 1 Tsp
Red Chilli Sauce - 2 Tsp
Butter
Cheese Slice
Egg Scramble Sandwich
1. Mix mayonnaise, condensed milk, red chilli sauce. Keep it aside.
2. Crack open eggs, add salt, pepper, milk and whisk it.
3. To the pan, add butter and pour the egg. Scramble it. Keep it aside.
4. Add butter and toast the bread slices on both sides.
5. To assemble the sandwich, spread the mayo mix, cheese slice, scrambled egg, cheese slice, mayo mix, and finish with the second bread slice.
6. Egg scramble sandwich is ready.
