As a kid who watched the final streams i was happy to see the progress he made when on day 1 he had nothin but on day 97-98 he had almost everything except for the gold cards. I was there with the gold card farming happy new year to you all first and foremost 😊

Very impressive! Especially since you did this all hardcore! I've did a Whoa 100% run for 1.0 and working on another with the final 1.4 version, neither of which required the Gold Cards. Doing all this is 100 days is crazy efficient.

I did a 100% on Whoa mode and the damn wasps took me like 300 kills each... fortunately the Warp raids were a piece of cake setting them up at the Javamatic and they gave a shit load of raw science.

It either gets stuck somewhere and I don't realize it, and I have to go search for hit or it is completely despawned and I can't even see a little icon for it... Idk if you take challenge suggestions or if there is already a different challenge video in the making but maybe you can try to beat grounded without healing? Cant use bandages, or smoothies but you can passively heal at your base or with mutations, or you could try to beat grounded with only teir 1 armor. I was thinking maybe teir 1 tools but that would be impossible without cheating. This may ve a bad suggestion but while i was looking through your videos, you have done almost everything i can think of challenge wise. That proves you are the Goat and master of grounded and no one else can claim your throne.
Insane effort man! In both simply doing this and also in the scripting, editing and everything for the video. Maaaaybe the run could be optimised so you plug the haze asap to farm infected wolves legit for example, but screw actually doing that!

Hello friends I would like to impart a tip to all who want a easy wolf kill, if you are like me and like daggers, are struggling with killing a wolf and need myth to help or want the venom, rush to get string and go to the sandbox, go to the sleeping wolf and lure a antlion to him (my favorite enemy in the game) to do this agro the on by the Oreo and if you crouch next to the wolf he won't notice you then on the next peekaboo attack you can take the death or block and the lion with win like 70+% of the time (NOTE DO NOT RESPAWN, sit at the death screen and wait for a death noise, whoever dies you win better if the lions die for a early t3 weapon then when you have it repeat and kill the spider) more if you attack the wolf as much as you can and boom free stuff. Also another spider tip, if you need window fangs you can equip rascal rogue and go kill widowlings they have a chance of fangs being stolen (same deal with other steal related things)
Hi Para, you inspired me to do the same Challenge and its really fun, but the grind for the Gold Cards ist kind of insane. It would be a great video to explain some of the harder ones and how to get them fast. Like for example the infected Gnat. All bugs that cant be farmed by the waft emitter are actually hard to get. The grub is the same issue even tho i did the same like you. Always killing them on hearing them rumbeling.

Dunno how many times I've watched this video ever since I found your channel earlier this year, Para, but I'm curious if you would do a repeat of this, including at least one New Game + in the 100% playthrough, maybe not hardcore, because New Game + is just RIDICULOUS, but I would enjoy seeing you do this with the planning inherent to knowing you need to go into New Game +. Also, on another note, could you please do a new version of Milk Molar and Mega Molar guides, showing how to get to the area where they are? I tried following along with your current guides, but trying to figure out WHERE you were for half of the Molars took more time than actually getting them once I figured it out. Also, maybe some guides on optimized armor and weapon combos for various insects, bosses, mini-bosses (Infected Wolf Spider, Termite King) and perhaps a guide on making an optimized base for producing everything and best places to put ziplines for easier, faster traveling around the yard prior to getting teleporters? Some stuff like that would be very much appreciated, there's not a whole lot of quality guides for Grounded, for some reason.
Ik that you probably alr know this but if you take one of the infected weevils that spawn around the haze lab, I think there are 3, but if you lure them close enough to the door and let them explode you can go straight into the haze lab without any bombs
I havent played hardcore mode but I typically don't upgrade my weapons and gear that often, just mainly when durability gets low since the upgrade completely fills it again. Is it worth upgrading quickly even though you need glue to fix things right away?
Man the level scaling in this game is pretty crazy when I first started the game and went to the Oak lab I was attacked by an orb weaver which would kill me in one hit now I kill orb weavers left and right and then taking 10 hits to kill me I have ladybug armor at level seven and a lot of really good weapons
i don't know if you guys already know this or if there is a reason why you parkour to get to the undershed lab, but we just crouched walk on the very edge of the black widow den to get past it and didnt get into any trouble at all.

One of my biggest mistakes in grounded (I just started a playthrough recently so I don’t have many) was going to the hedge without any armor, and only pebblet spears on woah mode.😅
this game is amazing, easily one of the best survival games. I just beat the hedge broodmother and even though im almost done with main story im gonna do all the side stuff
In grounded it took me 700 days/2 months to get all the gold cards but that was before 1.3 that’s why it took so long and the charms took me even longer
I completely agree that Termite King should have 5-10% chance to drop gold card, because imo it's the most annoying gold card to farm (as it has the lowest chance to spawn in a raid)... maybe they could also increase the chance for IWS as well - not necessarily to 5%, but at least 2, maybe 3% chance to drop, so that the unlucky one's wouldn't have to kill it as many times as you did... just think about it - you wasted 9h of your life for such a small thing, which really doesn't make your life better in any way...
@@paraly5er speaking of TK, I've been doing raids for a few days now (I play maybe an hour a day as I'm quite busy) and I'm currently at 101 TK kills... still no gold card and it feels like it will not drop anytime soon, because since 1.3 I haven't got a single gold card from any creature (except bosses and meaty gnat for obvious reasons) before I've killed at least 200 of them... so now it just feels like if I want to even have a chance at a gold card, I have to kill 200 of the same creature and after that at some point it will finally drop... though I really hope TK and IWS can break this curse I'm having.
Watching this really put how stupid the gold cards are into perspective. They really need to change it with either a mutation/trinket that increases the chances of getting one, making it a guarantee on your 100th kill or increase the odds after X amount of kills.
12:11 i know you are playing hardcore but i beat broodmother Only with the ants club (I was throwing a lot) With some bombs for spiders, some healing items, a shield and with the ladybug armor i beat the broodmother after a hour

Was killing the 4 scarabs in the pipe a lot for the gold card so got the shells there. Got the whetstone from around the map, just remember most of the locations although by the end I did have to craft some of it

For quest 38, you need to craft it at a workbench rather than drying it at a jerky rack, as it doesn’t count as crafting to dry it.

Best chance is using the surveyor scanner to scan for the parts they drop then learn the spawns for the bugs

I’d say once you have the ability to get elemental weapons via upgrades it’s definitely worth it as it makes taking down most enemies much easier

Turn on wide interaction in accessibility settings then learn to throw and pick it up after it hits the enemy, takes a little bit of practice

How are you able to get so many whetstone and scarabs? Do you use the duplicator or do you just grind?
Was killing the 4 scarabs in the pipe a lot for the gold card so got the shells there. Got the whetstone from around the map, just remember most of the locations although by the end I did have to craft some of it
