Not having to care about fire ants is the greatest benefit the antbassator gives, real freedom is being able to walk around the upper yard without they allways going after me

Sour sensation is bonkers as no one is perfect and being able to turn your mistake into huge DPS is amazing. Especially with how healing scales off molars
The damage reflected just isn’t high enough imo, players heath is typically only in the hundreds so a few hundred damage at most is good but not great, each enemy health bar is 100 hp remember
Prior to ng+, raw science and duping was terrible so stealing horns and shells was the fastest way to upgrade lots of weapons. Now its faster to just mass dupe jewels.
I think the flaw with this is the infusion effects. All creatures, when infused, are extremely annoying, especially in higher NG+’s where infused creatures have more infusion effects. I don’t think Paraly5er will find it worth doing a creature tier list, purely because of infused creatures and guaranteed infused bosses. I could be very wrong, however. He may find it worth doing a creature tier list. When in NG+3 and higher, Red Worker Ants can start dropping Science Cones very frequently with high Loot Luck. He may rank them based on how useful the creatures are in NG+ to fight, but all creatures can be infused, meaning the difficulty is drastically different.

Personally like using the moldy blaster with the moldy matriarch armor against the mantis cause the mini mantis that spawns in ng+2 and higher. I can hit both of them while staying away from them.

Ok imma finally say what we all are thinking…. Why can’t bleed and even venom be a percentage instead of flat damage? It’s insane that it’s still the same darn thing!!!! As mentioned, the flat damage of bleed becomes irrelevant after a few new game pluses and it’s stupid!!!! Just make it a percentage damage and then we got a great game with different builds.

If I already gave red ant queen infected food in ng+1 can I get all infected ant queens in ng+3? As far as I know I can't infect already infected queen. In ng+2 I'll have infected red ant queen, so can I do something to have infected red queen again in ng+3?
I disagree with Barbarian. Its a great mutation, till someone throws a punch. You can't perfect block with it active, and if you can't parry in NG+, you might as well just jump into the attacks and save yourself the pain of a slower death. Having endless regen is useless when anything that touches you is a delete button. I love Barbarian with the MD Club for base Grounded, but once your enemies are infused the mutation becomes more of a liability. It's great to run up and smack an aphid though, get some trinkle regen if your low on bandages or something, but otherwise, your better off taking Parry Master while using a club and praying to RNGesus for a good trinket
Would love to see grounded lets play but 4 lives 4 kids, you roleplay with one character, and when it dies, you respawn with another. But you have to roleplay and make every character have a certain personality: one likes two-handed and mushroom-build sets, the other likes bows and to live in cans since he is not interested in large buildings, etc. Mybe patreons can help.

On the topic of Spicy Safety, Ants deal chopping damage, not stabbing. That’s why they chop grass, but spiders can’t.

none, implant weakness effectively doubles elemental damage and actually carries so hard.
i actually really like having daredevil on one of my loadout slots, being able to run around and ignore fall damage is nice
i will say, i wish there was a way to equip some of the mutations permanently without the use of a mutation slot. especially the environmental ones
In high new game + the fall damage is so negligible that daredevil isn't worth using

All DoT effects need to go from doing a set damage to doing a percentage. They fall off so hard that it loekey feels useless to use
