Grounded Gameplay of the new Grounded Update by Paraly5er but not with Sir Sim-Alot or JADECRAFT, there's also no Blitz Grounded or Jade PG, oh and no ImCade or Fynnpire either, certainly no Mediocre Milton, Obsidian Entertainment made the Grounded New Update!

what about a no mutation challenge
Always thought there would be a crusty or chipped mace from a previous scientist adventure. Some unique armor that can't be built would have been cool too

This was 7 months ago, I believe this was before it got a massive buff. It's a really good mutation.

I agree rhe Handy Gnat should be an unlockable in survival mode.
They could make it so the only way it can be unlocked is if you make progress all the way to the Shed or the Termite Hill. Would be helpful with base building in normal game mode

Quick tip you can use 2 infected weavels to blow up the haze door
Yes you can, but I had no gas mask here so it was too risky to go into the haze lab via the front door
nowadays i wonder how we were able to use clubs before 1.3 they were so slow and the wrost part is that they were one of my main weapons

Ant-nihilator works on the MANT.
Parry master is bad until phase three, I use it with the sour battle axe to regain energy to keep hitting over and over
Who remembers when the daggers and two handed blunts counter and chopping and busting tools
Now imagine if the controller died during the boss fights.
My controller is like me, it doesn’t die during boss fights 😎

may i suggest a dwaven weapon only challenge by only being able to deal chopping busting and generic damage
It’s a cool idea although wouldn’t really be that hard, I usually mostly use axes and clubs anyway lol

I think it’s fine working with just the rotten stuff but it defo deserves to be stronger. You get it alongside the pinch whacker and you’d have to be crazy to use a rotten weapon over the pinch whacker

Yeah they changed them, they didn't used to eat their babies for huge speed boosts

Can you try to beat grounded using only thorns? Since it got buffed it seems reasonable now
Pretty sure this is near impossible, I’ve heard even with the buff it’s still trash lol
I wonder if you can beat grounded without getting any of the mutations unlocked (besides the boss ones of course)
Would be tough but in theory possible, would mean no parrying, less than 50 kills with each weapon type and no discovering landmarks
And you will get cardio fan after awhile plus you will get mithridatism
WOW. I had no idea you could still get the crusty roly poly armor. I have it from my old saves of the game and thought it was special since you couldn't get the crusty armor anywhere else from then on. I guess I'm wrong, and I'm quite surprised to see this. I literally had always thought they had just removed it from the game entirely, and that my save is special.
Nah it used to be craftable but they changed it so it can be found around the map
Yes, that's what I'm talking about. I had originally crafted it on my old save of the game, before the upper yard had existed. That is what I was referring to@@Paraly5er

Myth: you can withstand a hit from the koi fish by stacking more health with different items. ( I’ve managed to tank a hit from the koi fish it should be possible )
Edit: test this on all of her attacks since it might only be 1 which doesn’t 1 shot you guaranteed

Bro when did being on a controller in a survival game made a difference or made it harder
1) Movement is harder on a controller
2) Triggers take longer to press than clicking a mouse so harder to perfect block extremely fast attacks like the ibm
3) Changing held item or using heals on controller requires the use of the hotwheel and multiple buttons, on pc it's 1 button press

This is a fun build I've done this before with the rotenberry charm and gas arrow pollen arrow build. My build included the termite King armor, and infected mother armor later in the game
What do I do I’ve broke two wasp nest and slept but I never get the cut seen
Faction reactivity needs to be on. Need to be past day 5 on your save. Then break nests until is says “the hive has been disturbed” then sleep
I've felt for awhile there should be a rotten bow. I'd even take a rotten insect bow.

Yeah sour defo needs a rework. Maybe make it so it increases weapon stun too or something

Thought about it, I could spawn them in and do a grounded but I’m a wizard, would be very hard with that stupid block delay though, probably impossible
@@Paraly5er poison only challenge? Rules: you can attack enemies with posion/vemon weapon or effect but the enemies should always die due to posion at the last sec. Just bring them to last of there HP and wait till posion kills them

You just reminded me that when I was fighting the assistant manager, I threw my red ant club at him (it was my best weapon at the time) and lost it up on the glass bridges above the fighting area

Nah, but they are kind of a new weapon type that kind of replaced the rotten weapons later into the game. Like instead of tier 3 rotten they went for the robot stuff instead

The bee armor does not have a peace effect but has a 25% chance to release a cloud of pollen with ranged weapons
False, this is the rotten bee armor, it does have the piece effect which is the same as the regular bee armor. The pollen is the set bonus which this does not have

i’ve literally never heard about the backpack with 5 twinkling shells until this video?!?! the pipe in the undershed is better yea but still feel like this backpack should be mentioned in more tips/tricks videos incase someone wants to upgrade more before the undershed (usually in multiplayer plays where you only progress when everyone is on) or just cause it’s a free 5 shells
