Dang, I didn't get a comment on my comment in the comments. now I will be tripping on rocks and falling in holes with my subpar light, that I have to hold upside down, so it doesn't blind me.

You turned me onto the Devos 2 years ago with your first video about it. Mine has been with me on every adventure since. I've lost count of how many fellow campers I've turned onto the Devos after they see how great mine works. My wife and I have spent countless nights battling it out at scrabble under the glow of the Devos. A definite must have. Thanks for your unbiased review of this light.
Your videos light up my life, taking us to various locations and supplying endless inspiration. Thank you! And now you literally will light up someone’s life! Appreciate your work, the channel, and Devos for making this happen. 🙏
Rob, thanks for sharing your travels with us and letting us watch as your son grows up right before our eyes. I’m from Northern California and I love traveling to Utah, so your videos to those areas gives me ideas for new places to travel.
Thanks Rob for all your informative videos. My wife and I have just got into car camping and overlanding due in large part to your videos and other creators like you. This communities desire to share ideas and help one another is where the real treasure lies. Thanks for helping to bring that into our lives. We don’t have a camp light yet. This one looks awesome. Please consider us for the give away. Keep up the great work and thanks again for what you do and the integrity with which you do it.
You have convinced me that the Devos 2000 is the best camping light on the market. I will be watxching your videos especially those on utah over the next few months. Thanks for your efforts in educating the overlanding community.
I have a Devos 1200 and it’s by far my most favorite light accessory especially when trying to walk around and it actually attracts the bugs away from you!!
Thanks for all your videos over the years, and for taking the little guy with you sometimes. I remember camping with my little guys, teenagers now, they still come with me. I can't believe you ran over those lights 😮. Thanks for considering us for the giveaway. Safe travels.
Love your videos. I got my truck earlier this year to start overloading and recently got my girl to start watching yours and others videos now she just bought a jeep to start trail riding with me.
First off, love your channel. Been following for a while now and I appreciate all your advice and adventures. Secondly, the Devos is a phenomenal product. I actually took my DEVOS 800 downrange with me when I deployed overseas with the military, and it's been awesome for whenever I've needed a decent red light with good coverage. Thank you for turning me on to it!
My son and I started watching all your videos because of your drone shots but now my wife makes sure we see your videos because she loves seeing you with your son. Thanks for the review. My son and I have seen these at shows but haven't pulled the trigger yet.
Hello from San Diego Rob . Hoping you & your little guy are having a blast doing what you love . These are the days you will cherish when you both are older …… trust me . And thanks as always for what you share with us all . Really appreciate it . C-ya out on a trail hopefully sometime. 😎👍
Hello Rob, @RevereOverland has been an inspiration and encouragement to me for developing my passion for Overlanding and camping out. My wife even finds camping out more enjoyable now that we've been together many year's. Now that I lived through Snow-mageddon and multiple hurricanes in Texas, I am also a rechargeable- bright flashlight fantastic. The Devos light is new to me but it looks like a great solution for my family! Thanks for the great shows you do.
Thanks for your review. I'm looking to add a Devos to my camp setup. Thanks also for all your videos. I wfh and often set up the TV mounted on the wall above my desk to play your album of videos in a loop while I work on my laptop and monitor below. Your videos are very soothing and provide a temporary escape when I look up. Almost like a BBC documentary with all the background info you provide and scenery during your adventures. And yes, since I'm an overlanding newbie, I learn a lot from every video. Looking forward to more!
Rob, you keep showing us this great light. I am finally going to buy one for my brother who started camping with his kids last year. Keep the great videos coming. Thanks, Andrew
My son and I love watching your videos and gear reviews. Been wanting a Devos light and what better way than to win one 🥇 Keep up the great work and sharing your love of camping and nature with your son.
Thanks for introducing this, this can be very useful and handy out- but also indoors. I can imagine to buy one (with the metal-ish socket) for next season outdoors... Thanks Revere and Devos
I bought my first lightranger 800 the first week it was released, after that we upgraded to the 1200, we absolutely love both. These totally take away the anxiety of having to pitch camp well after dark.
Spot on with your video. I purchased my first one a couple of years ago. Bought my second one for use in the tent. Bought another one for my son since he and his wife camp quite a bit. We love the lights, they are a bit pricey but worth it. Thank you for you videos and good luck picking a lucky winner. Keep up the good work!
I've considered picking up a Devos so I appreciate the honest review. Keep up the great content. When I cannot get on my own I can always count on some great scenery from your videos.
Such a bright idea!! I’ve been moving towards a minimalist pack out as I think it’s more efficient but also cost effective. I feel that being minimalist provides an equal amount of enjoyment yet I think I’ll definitely have to add this to the pack out!
I originally ran across the devos at overland expo East and was interested. After seeing your review I went ahead and ordered one. I later purchased the solar panel and the different color lenses. I love it and use it every time I go camping or if I go out to my cabin or if I have to work on the vehicle at night in the drive
Appreciate you sacrificing a light for durability tests! I imagine the more powerful models, setup a distance away, will provide both light and attract insects away. Adequate lighting, set up fast, is one of the most important wants in any situation, whether keeping our family happy or for safety. Coloured lenses are good to see. Thanks for the overview.
Great video as always. Loved that you showed the difference between the 3 different lights as well as the motion sensor. Looks like we may have to upgrade to the new light in the future.
Looks like a great product. Have been looking at these for a while and that bluetooth feature seems like it makes this light so much better. Thanks for all the videos.
Enjoy your videos and like how you’re exposing your son to all of this fun. I’m sure he will have many memories of your adventures. Nice video on the Devos as well. Keep up the good work!
I've been looking at these lights for a while now. They are extremely expensive but I think they are definitely worth the money. Will be purchasing the 2 pack ASAP. Thanks for the video!
Thanks Rob for your honest and informative review of this product. I’m just getting into overlanding although I’ve been camping most of my life, mainly F&I era reenactments. This would be a great piece of kit to have in my Gladiator. Thanks again.
Rob, I enjoy watching your videos. My son and I just started our first Overlanding vehicle build with a 2006 Toyota Tundra. We hope to be out on the trails this spring.
Love your videos Rob, your drone work and cinematography is next level. Love watching your channel and the collabs you do with other UA-camrs. Been researching lights and keep coming back to the Devos. Great vid!
I’ve been intrigued by Devos lights for awhile, and I’m definitely a flashlight fanatic. Might have to scoop these up to pair with our off road trailer.
The 2000 is light years beyond its own 1200 and not touchable by any other competition. It is dark here Alaska and this would be awesome to have this winter. Keep up the great work Rob.
Been watching your channel for awhile now. Love all your film work and your adventures. Building out my 06 Toyota sequoia to start overlanding. This would make an amazing addition to my camping setup.
Seriously considering buying the 2000. I like the convenience of switching between colors, brightness, power levels etc. without having to haul down the unit by hand, or needing to keep filters handy. Being able to switch on/off remotely would be great for when critters decide to bumble through your camp at 3 AM.
I never thought this would be a useful accessory (which is hard to believe with the amount of useless gear I have) until a couple of weeks ago my buddy and I were camping in Michigan in late November. It’s dark at 7 this time of year and even earlier now. I really wish we had a camp light other than the fire. PS I love your channel. Keep up the great content for those of us who like to explore
Already a subscriber. I have a Light Ranger 1200 and love it. Use it all the time even at home when power goes out. Bought the motion sensor with my original purchase as well. Works great!
Hi, Rob! I have 2 of the Light Ranger 1200’s and I absolutely love them! I use them for everything. Thank for posting out all of the great new features of the 2000. Seems like another stellar product from Devos. Great product review as well. Especially the part where you use your old 1200 as a leveling block for your Lexus! Great stuff as always!
Hey Revere, enjoy your posts and all your Overlanding adventures. I've been looking for a camping light, that one looks to be the one. I'm tired of the lighting system that we have because ours is bright in some areas and dark in others. The Devos seems to spread the light out very evenly thru the campsite. Thanks for the post and the review.
I always enjoy your video! They’re a great display of the Fundra being a great platform for overlanding. Full-size fun. Keep up the great work. The 2000 has been on my must buy list
very nice update - I have the original but am tempted to get the new 2000 with the extra colors built in and the bluetooth control. Also using it for our local community emergency response team (CERT) exercises when it gets dark. Lightweight, easy to transport and set up. Good idea and product !
What a nice thing to do for your followers. I really enjoy your videos, I also enjoy you taking the extra time to explain the areas your in or like this video explaining how useful a product could be and how to use the products safely and effectively. Thanks again for another great video
Hey Rob. Devos has been on my wishlist for quite some time now. Maybe one day I’ll get my hands on one. From one Alu Cabin owner to another, I appreciate your content: adventure videos, mod videos, product reviews, etc… keep doing your thing brother and keep inspiring me and others to get out and explore! Turning dreams into memories!
Best camp gear I own. I bought my light rangers minutes after the website offered them. Now years later, they last for only 2 hours, but still are my favorite camp gear!
Tried camping with the multiple lanterns and string lights and it was just always a pain. Got my light ranger and have not looked back since. Have had it now for 2 years and it is going strong! Have been thinking about giving the new 2k version a try, not having to change filters would be a nice touch.
I’ve had the original for over 2 years now, and it’s been handy. The tripod/base is a bit fussy to operate, but the light itself is very handy. Been looking at both the 2000 and the little one for a bit now. Decided to toss up a comment and take a shot at the giveaway in the process.
I picked up the original after your first video review of it. We love it! I'm really considering getting the motion detector so when we have to climb down out of the rooftop tent at night it will come on.
I love my Devos Light Ranger 1200. I call it my street light. At the time I purchased it Devos had an discount offer if you bought two. I wish I would have. I stumbled on your channel watching Top 5 Trails in Colorado. I subscribed and now enjoy watching all your videos. Thanks Revere Overland.
I went ahead before the end of the video and bought the 1200 and then I see you are giving one away, having both would rock.. I camp a lot and always have to carry many lights to do the job of the Devos so totally looking forward to it ! Thanks for all your cool videos and keep them coming !
Thanks for the review on these. Been thinking about one for a while now. Looking forward to more videos, as you have done if the best cinematography and captures out there! Dave & Jackie 👋
Great video review! My first Overland Expo was last May so I'm new to Overlanding. I can see this light in my future explorations! P. S., I'm 70...never too late to start! Thanks Rob ~ Bill
I've always thought these were more of an "overpriced overloading gimmick", but you got me interested in trying one. It was the comment about getting the bugs from your headlamp out of your face. I love the bluetooth remote option on the 2000.
Awesome product! We camp in a group as friends and family. There is one decos 1200 for the group and it lights up our campfire area so we can see the lions tigers and bears.
Love that the 2000 uses the color LEDs instead of the separate filters and adds bluetooth control. I would get the motion sensor for added security. Maybe they could add an alert to the phone if motion is detected?
The upgraded 2000 is looking real nice! The Bluetooth operation seems like the best feature of the new one 🙂 Your son is going to love all those adventures he's gonna be going on.
Not having the manual filters on the 2000 sounds neat. Great being able to see the differences on these here, but most importantly good to know I can run over these lights without worry 😂
A giveaway? That’s awesome man! Someone who needs it most will get it, I’m sure but I’m happy to play lol for real though, thanks for all you do with your channel for the off road community ☺️
Love your videos! I've been considering buying one of these and the upgraded Bluetooth functionality may be the deciding factor. Thank you for the great review!
Hi Rob, thanks for sharing these. Good timing as I'm looking at better solutions for our next outing along the Outer Banks next year and these appear to meet the conditions we'll be seeing there. Appreciate the episodes. BTW...the IceCo is still going strong so hopefully the luck continues with the giveaway! Cheers!
Just wanted to place a comment about your product review. I had no idea that product existed and I really enjoyed your thorough review. Ultra impressive to see you park your car on it. Now that’s TUFF. Please consider me for the give-away. I could really use an excellent light-That light to be specific. Cheers!

I’ve liked the idea of these lights for a while but haven’t taken the time to look further into them. Thanks for explaining the differences.
Wow, I just love how bright your products are!
Thanks for sharing, love Devos lights. Definitely a game changer for camping off grid.

Thanks for the overview of all the different lights! Thanks to Devos as well!
Have been looking at getting one of these! Definitely looks like something just to leave in the truck all the time!! Great info Rob!! 👍🏻👍🏻
Amazing how indestructible it is! Surprised me that it can withstand the weight of a truck. Subscribed and liked!!
Not having the manual filters on the 2000 sounds neat. Great being able to see the differences on these here, but most importantly good to know I can run over these lights without worry 😂
These are really cool! The Bluetooth and motion capability are what makes it awesome.
i love the other uses besides camping on this. i want one for hunting trips, when i have to field dress in the dark. way better than a headlight
There's so much in such a small light! Thank you for sharing.
This is a good review on the Devos light. I am impressed how it sustained the Lexus weight !!!
Motion sensor is a cool feature for sure. Can't beat good lighting when out and about.
Such a great light! This would be a perfect addition to the camp setup and even the backyard!
Need! Big bend gets dark and the motion sensor accessory is pretty sweet for all the coyotes near camp

Been watching for a while now, love the videos. You're videography has come a long way
Thanks to you informative video l just ordered a 1200 and 2000 which should fulfill my needs in family camping.
Just getting into overlanding and the light would be a great addition to my setup! Excellent video!
coming into camp at night, first thing that we do is figure out where our lights should go and hang. With Devos the light can go anywhere!
Thanks for the great information, Rob. I've been looking for a light for camping and your detailed review sold me on the Devos Light Ranger.
Great video and great content. I enjoy the fact you bring your son on many of your trips. It has inspired me to do the same next spring.
Just bought a 2 pack of the LightRanger 2000's based on your video. I appreciate your review it was extremely helpful! Thanks!
Cheers!
Love your videos, always bringing us the best new items! It was also great to meet you last year at overland expo!
Just wanted to place a comment about your product review. I had no idea that product existed and I really enjoyed your thorough review. Ultra impressive to see you park your car on it. Now that’s TUFF. Please consider me for the give-away. I could really use an excellent light-That light to be specific. Cheers!
Thanks for all the amazing content. Got these on my Christmas list.
Wow what an awesome light! Could have multiple uses as shown. Great for hurricane season in Florida. Thanks for the review!
