    The beautiful thing is you make it all back if you are a diligent agent. With my school, Keller will reimburse me after I sell my first house. It's a win win for me. Guaranteed job and paid off school LOL.

    Good thing I have photographer friends. Headshots and other similar stuff like that should be easy for them to do, and since they're friends I could probably get a discount for it too.

    My potential sign on fee is 1k in the area I’m in and I was shocked with that price.
    I’m on the fence with joining with KW
    It’s a very prestigious company and that’s what I’m drawn too

    This is why yo have to shop brokerage. Most of what you paid many brokers include in monthly fees. So you dont have to pay those huge sums of money. IF your state requires MLS and Board membership find a broker that absorbs that and only makes you pay a monthly fee

    Wow its much cheaper where you are to get licensed. Here in NM the state requires associates to take the actual broker exam (but you can't actually be a broker until like 4 years experience) the 3 part course runs around $700 (law, practice, and broker basics) then the PSI exam is 95, the license fee is around $200, fingerprints around $60....where do you live/practice? Great video.

    Great information!.. If you make a separate website for yourself, does the brokerage name goes on the website?? Or does your website have to show its sponsored by your brokerage??

    I thought once you pass your license exam you get your license? You have to pay for them to send the paper?

    • @MyraCreely
      @MyraCreely  3 роки тому +2

      Once you pass your exam they give you a paper with all the instructions on how to get your license. The license is a separate charge. Since I had already signed with Keller Williams they helped me get mine set up!

    Im debating between Keller Williams and Exp. Not sure what to do. I feel like I want the modernity in a cloud based brokerage with virtual training. But KW has people nearby who can help guide and train me. They’re also so well established in my market. As a new agent I think I want Exp but I need KW. Still debating

    • @wyneewang5123
      @wyneewang5123 Рік тому

      I’m in the same boat! However, I did and bunch of research and I’ve read a bunch of reviews on Glassdoor. Based on those reviews, I think that eXp is great for seasoned agents but not so great for new agents!

      @@arilove4320 I went with KW, but I’m switching now to EXP. Exp has an office near me also, and the virtual training is just easier and exp is a little cheaper in terms of fees.
