Wow, congratulations! Wish I had a channel like this back when I was a Realtor in 2006 (yes, before and during the Great Recession). One of my biggest mistakes was working with unqualified buyers (seems obvious now, but also one of those things not taught in "Realtor School"😂). If they refuse to even talk to a lender, don't waste a lot of time showing them a bunch of homes in "hopes they will get it together when they see one they like" (they won't). Put them on a mailing list if they're willing and keep moving. The exception: if they are paying cash for the house😉. Of course, this advice is not one size fits all, but I enjoy helping new real estate agents avoid some of my mistakes. I may not have met you personally but wish you much success and yes, I did subscribe👍
You told me everything I needed to know and then some, you just got yourself a new subscriber! I’m getting ready to take my state exam soon, also considering Keller Williams for their amazing training.
❤ I remember interviewing with a Keller Williams broker and he told me about the excite class and the fee was astronomical which is probably why you didn't mention the fee. Great video thank you for all the info
Thanks for sharing. I just picked a brokerage. I joined them because I have worked with them at my other job and it just felt like it would be family. But I am so scared because they aren't a big name and don't have set classes. I too feel like there are so many steps and where do I even begin 🤯
I'm in TN as well.....Chicago is my hometown! I knew I was drawn to you for some reason....lol. I'm a new realtor as well, and I definitely can relate. I signed with a different brokerage, but I'm training and learning as well. I do have a couple of possible prospects from my sphere of influence, but we'll see how it goes. Best of success to you!
Great Video Myra! I just passed my state exams and currently interviewing brokerages. I interviewed with Keller Williams in Orland Park and was very impressed. Which office location did you start at in Chicago?
wow thank you for sharing and good luck with your channel. I just signed up with real estate express too because they're having a discount. Would you mind sharing the exam questions?
The best investment one can do right now is investing on real estate though stocks are good but ever since I swapped to real estate, I've seen so much difference.
They offer tons of training once you are licensed and sign with them! In order to get your license I’m sure they would offer some recommendations. I was almost finished with my course when I reached out to them.

Also how often do they have the classes and how long do they last?

Omg! I heard you say Middle TN. I’m joining KW Thursday and I’m in a city outside of Nashville. I’d love to connect
Very helpful video! I’m about to become licensed in MS and getting mentored by a close friend at their brokerage in my hometown. Excited but nervous!
Hi Myra, thank you for your share. Are you still working as an agent?

Hi 🌸 Did you have to print all of that out ? Great video girl !
Yikes...yes I did! It was painful.
One question did you have your license before getting hired at Keller Williams ?
What type of camera do you use to vlog?!
an Iphone :)
Do you have to pay for the training that KW offers?
Most are free but there's a couple that are extra. Are you considering Keller Williams?
@@MyraCreely Thank you so much for the information. Yes, I am!
@@AllThingsFloridaRealEstate If you have any specific questions, I'm happy to help!

I’m interested I want to move to real estate investment can you help me ?.
How has your first year been?!
where you getting paid in anyway while you were being trained?
It’s commission based, so anytime you close on a home you are paid out!
Does KW send you to school?
