To the artists: these are all awesome work! Steve: "I'm not super familiar with mammals." (Twice!) Steve, you might want to sit down. We have some news for you, about yourself, that maybe your parents didn't tell you...
Made me so happy when you opened my letter and knew it was Dinotopian. That was great. The biggest smile I've ever had came from you seeing the pictures. ❤️ The okapi is snooty because they have their heads up all the time, reminded me of Cera.
I loved that Carnotaurus because it's so ridiculous and yet so perfect. They somehow captured something that makes it instantly recognizable as Carnotaurus but did it while the toy remains incurably stupid-looking.
The music in this video has penetrated my consciousness and displaced my ego. There is only the dinosaur now. I watch the video and my senses have become dissociated from my experiences. I see a dinosaur opening mail, finding images of me reviewing toys of Steven.
CHONG WEI TECK STEVEN same, i have that mislabeled dilophosaurus i checked the dinosaur books and found out it was inaccurate, so i called it allosaurus
there IS in fact a utahraptor teddy bear/stuffed toy - they sell them at the natural history museum in London, which is where my beloved Clive the velociraptor is from!
Thank you. I watched too much LandBeforeTime when I was little. I try to show attitude and personality in facial expressions when I can. Or find color patterns that match. I was so happy when he said he liked it. Makes me happier that someone else likes it.
Tucker is a great artist! That's so wonderful that he is willing to share his art with you! By the way, that extinct zebra Alicia mentioned, is called the quagga.
That Pyroraptor appears to have the integument of a Golden Pheasant. I’ve seen the pattern on that Dilophosaurus before but I couldn’t tell you what it is. The best I’m getting is some variety of Leopard Gecko.
The dilophosaurus that's all blue, red, and black is sharing its color scheme with Goanna from Fern Gully, a colorful australian monitor lizard. Very striking!
That extinct Zebra Relative was found to be too similar to the Zebra to be considered a different species (Via DNA Testing) it was just a Zebra with a different coat coloring.
I just about lost it when you were talking about the stegosaurus drawing from the first letter and you said it looked like it was working for Sauron 🤣🤣🤣
I think itd be really cool if yall break down dinosaurs from pop culture and video games like ark, second extinction, primal carnage or even like speculate on the more fantasy/sci-fi type creatures from ark or similar media i love YDAW and want to see yall keep doing great❤
14:35 I have that toy, it came from a big tub also full of Dinosaurs, it's mislabelled "Dilophosaurus" instead of... I don't know, Carnotaurus with two fingers instead
Hi YDAW, I want to open with the fact I love this show. And I'll follow up with a question: Have you guys ever done a video about that old Red Dinosaur you guys used on the intro of the initial episodes of YDAW? The one that had a "playdough" moustache?
Hey, Colin Trevorrow just posted on twitter that there will be feathered velociraptors in the next Jurassic World movie. There's a picture and stuff. Steven should critique their depiction at some point. : P
Yup, we're working on applying corrections and/or updates currently. Eventually they'll be re-released to this channel as we finish doing that with each one.
Have you done/considered reviewing media and going through what they do right and what they do wrong with dinosaurs in detail? Movies, videogames, maybe even books and if you really want to rip into something, news and popular science journalism?
I love how you suddenly understood Lachlan's anger at the definitely-not-dilophosaurus
It was obviously a stegosaurid. Most likely Kentrosaurus.
To the artists: these are all awesome work!
Steve: "I'm not super familiar with mammals." (Twice!)
Steve, you might want to sit down. We have some news for you, about yourself, that maybe your parents didn't tell you...
Steve... You're a Mammal
@@Deinobi "THAT'S NOT TRUE! YOU'RE LYING!"
@@Deinobi He already said as much in the Dimetrodon episode.

They so are snooty, dont let anyone change your mind on that.
@@BartJBols the color pattern and attitude turned out much better than I thought it would have and matched so well.
Oh wow he just saw a glimpse of the letter and immediately without fanfare was like hey it's dinotopian !
Seems like Steve liked your letter
Lots of fun watching you open mail and show the toys and artwork.
The alamosaurus was quagga patterned
That's how I colored it, so I hope so. But someone got the clue. XD
squigga?
Horns on pachyrhinosaurus = someone has been watching Jurassic fight club
Two uploads in one week is a blessing
Fluffy Utahraptor drawing is amazing, a plushie of it would sell like hotcakes.

Now I want to send art! This show is so soothing and honestly makes me very happy. Y’all really inspire me to keep learning
I just discovered this channel today and this is the kind of content I’ve always wanted on UA-cam! I’ll be a regular viewer from here on out!
Welcome to the club!
That mislabelled "Dilophosaurus" reminds me of a clearly-an-Ouranosaurus toy I have which is inexplicably labelled as Spinosaurus
I feel like I've seen that toy somewhere...
I have a vintage T. rex toy & 1 of it’s feet has the label “Giganotosaurus” on it.
I have the mislabeled dinosaur
i have a dilophosaurus labelled as spinosaurus, i also have the one in the video
CHONG WEI TECK STEVEN
same, i have that mislabeled dilophosaurus
i checked the dinosaur books and found out it was inaccurate, so i called it allosaurus
I like the mailbag intros with the dromaeosaur trying to film and the oviraptorid wearing headphones
Your show is great and I've really learned alot! Thank you for all you do!
there IS in fact a utahraptor teddy bear/stuffed toy - they sell them at the natural history museum in London, which is where my beloved Clive the velociraptor is from!
Is the alamosaurus pattern supposed to be a quagga?
Yeah it's a quagga.
That's how I colored it, so I hope so. XD
ttt2080 yes
Yes, there ARE cuddly Utahraptor toys.
I know because I have one.
it makes my heart so happy to see professionals show off these adorable drawings made by a very passionate viewer... so sweet
Alesha's art was fantastic! To get accuracy & attitude in a cute cartoon style is impressive

Would love to see an episode on Yutyrannus or Microraptor eventually. Love your show!

@@aircraftcarrierwo-class Thank y...NO WAY!
What are the odds that I'd finally get my answer from another Kancolle fan of all people?
I can't wait for Nathan from Drawfee to release his dinosaur-lies-book, so i can buy it and send it to you!
Do an episode on the first reconstruction of megalosaurus. That would be a fun challenge.
Lol I wish you knew which figures were what tho hah hah. Another great episode.
BTW that Mirigaia is a knocked off Safari Ltd. one.
That extinct Zebra Relative was found to be too similar to the Zebra to be considered a different species (Via DNA Testing) it was just a Zebra with a different coat coloring.
I'm so happy to see more uploads again!
So impressed with the paleo art in the first one!
I just about lost it when you were talking about the stegosaurus drawing from the first letter and you said it looked like it was working for Sauron 🤣🤣🤣
This is one great YDRW video about mail,so that's awesome.

Nice mailbag unboxing!
I say "wye-daw".
Finally! A pnso figure to your collection!
Love seeing Dorset get represented again 😀
thristy for new content, amazing stuff
I love that you guys are located only 2 hours from me, but its sad we don't have dinosaur fossils in our state 😢
an extinct subspecies of zebra? yes that's a quagga
They NEED to either make accurate dinosaur figures or colab with a company and show them what to make
whey mailbag!
i might send in something in the future, look out for that!
First my Dilophoraptor, now Dilophosaurus Rex, I'm quite hyped for the re-do on Dilophosaurus.
14:35 I have that toy, it came from a big tub also full of Dinosaurs, it's mislabelled "Dilophosaurus" instead of... I don't know, Carnotaurus with two fingers instead
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE tell us the name of the music!!!
Can you do a video on creativebeaststudio? Maybe your top favorite figures by picture? ^^ Their figures are so nice

Thas art baby
Everyone screaming Quagga
I know this might not be the right place, so forgive if it isn't, but I would LOVE a yutyrannus episode!!!
The pattern on the Alamosaurus: It Looks like the pattern on a Quagga (Equus quagga quagga). Declared extinct 1878.
I did color it like a quagga. Love that someone else got it
The sauropod with the zebra like color probably is inspired from the quagga.
Hi ! Thx for all your work ! Very very nice, dedicated and sourced !
Did you plane to do a Spinosaurus/Spinosauridae YDAW someday ?
Thanks again !
9:56 i feel like it refferences the Dilophosaurus from a Roblox game called Adopt Me
been lovin ur vids brobro
Doofinshmirtz voice: BEHOLD! The ICTHIOVENATOR!
Just what I needed today
It's turning into YDAW-roastmyart
Woah….I’ve had a “dilophosaurus” toy like that for years and never noticed it said that on the bottom… I as well assumed it was an albertosaurus
Oooo oo! Do the Deinocheirus one!
I would love to see a yutyrannus. I feel like it is like a cooler T-Rex
I love ur channel :)
Great
Quagga. The Zebra relative is a Quagga.
Hello, Where did your Deinonychus video go? I found it on some other channel.
Should do a video of most accurate dino toys you got
perhaps you should do an episode on Pachyrhinosaurus so we can get the right number of adornments on it
“Who’s that Pokémon?”
Me: albertosaurus

Could you please do a YDRAW on the Baryonyx, also love your videos
Masiakasaurus is pronounced Mah-sheek-a-saw-us I have been told
So, are Giraffes also snooty then?
8:20 it's a quagga
I would like to request that you guys do spinosaurus again in the future
You should do a ydaw on prognathodon I know it’s a mosasaur not a dinosaur but you did pteranodon sooo...
i hope you make a video about Mapusaurus if you know that dinosaur
Barosaurus, perchance?
Can you do a video on ceratosaurus?
It's probably a cave art zebra like animal
Please revisit the spinosaurus!
Will you guys be obtaining and re-posting your older videos from when you were with the Geek Group?
