- Realm - The Brainchild from the 1990 album "Suiciety"
Visions of mind, the power invested within
A force to conceive, effecting the world, standing alone ...
No ! You can`t take my mind, I don`t know you
I won`t go with you, don`t influence my mind
Stand all alone, undamaged by your fears
Born to conquer walls, thoughts ahead in years
In touch with the future, pour forth thoughts portrayed
Will we ever understand, all that he`s foreseen
What lies behind his eyes, behold, the brainchild
Strange to common man, visionary obsessed
Possessed to create, believe the feeling soul
See through the mind`s eye, hear those voices inside
Will we ever understand, all that he`s foreseen
What lies behind his eyes, behold, the brainchild
I will not give up my mind
I won`t listen anymore to the media wars
I must not conform, endure the mental strain
Believe what I say, powers of your soul
Will we ever understand, all that he`s foreseen
What lies behind his eyes, behold, the brainchild
Possess the spirit, inspiration felt from the force
Never accepting what`s been done before, standing alone ...

Got chills all over!!! Great!!!!
100% pure metal
It's a shame that they only made two albums, but at least they ended on a high note (no pun intended lol). Nothing is worse than when a classic band reforms and puts out a modern sounding piece of crap that lacks the original magic and songwriting that made them so excellent to begin with.
Vlad Tepes they did sort of continue under the name White Chain Fear or something like that, but they didn’t have this singer anymore (their loss) and despite having the same guitarist it seemed a little infected by the 90’s groove madness.
I had no idea, but as I was looking at info about Realm, it says that "Paul Laganowski" died of Pancreatic cancer in May of 2017 :'(. Rest in Peace . . . he was one of those Guitarists very obscure but way ahead of his time. Thank you for putting up tracks from one of my TOP fave albums.
Thrash Metal evolution, next level.
Are they a Christian band?
This seems to be an often debated topic for the band. It seems like they included some Christian allusions in a few of their songs but clearly not all. If you had Bible Belt parents you could tell them they are Christian from a few examples but I don’t think it effects their music that much.
judging from lyrics, no. spiritual maybe.
are you serious?
