Thanks for the upload, I used to put this VHS on everyday after school, then NIN’s Closure VHS, then Manson’s God Is In The TV VHS. For years. It was like a ritual lol even if I wasn’t actually watching them, they were on in the background. Some of these versions are just so good… I had no idea someone put together a vinyl rip that’s too freakin cool!

I just love this version of 1996… always have. And I’ve never heard it played like it is here… I’ve gone thru multiple bootlegs, ones that feature 1996 on the set list, and it’s always performed like the album version. I was thinking about making a “studio” version of it… just because I think it sounds so much cooler this way.

It looks and sounds amazing for a bootleg, my only complaint would be three of these songs are in the dope show single, they could be extracted from there in even better quality
When I was young I took a RadioShack recorder and recorded these songs off my VHS tape to make something similar to this vinyl. This was peak Manson imo.
Will he? I'm holding no hope. But damn I really want him back. We Are Chaos in my opinion was the best album he'd made since Mechanical Animals and he never got to tour it. And I never even got to see him live.
I do not. Unfortunately I don't have high end equipment... Truthfully I ripped this for a friend using my low end PC, some recording software and an audio Technica turntable
@@diegoruiz4255 Unfortunately, 1996 isnt released in any single/ep as a live version. The same goes to ACSS superstar era about the The Reflecting God.
It's not the one you uploaded, I recorded this directly from my turntable with my PC. Didn't know anyone else uploaded it or I probably never would have

That's an entire concept album... This is a small collection of songs performed live from that era. It's not meant to be better or worse than Antichrist Superstar, it's something different. Either way I appreciate your comment as it helps boost this video on the algorithm. 🍻
Thanks for the upload! One of the best tours of all time. Wish I was there, but I was born in 93, lol. Burned the VHS rip on a CD and used to watch it on my dvd player that played divx/avi, back in like 06. Used to collect all the circulating bootlegs too, wish I could find those old HDDs. But the quality of this vinyl rip is insane. I can finally hear the bass in the drums, and Twiggy’s. Hope it stays up, thank you so much! ❤️
