You have only started hearing what I consider the best band going today. In case you didn't notice or no one else has mentioned . They do these live shows wearing high heels. Enjoy your journey. I have my ticket and get to see them in September in Atlanta. ✌️
Easily my favorite band. Bringing classic metal back and in their own style, They'll impress you even more as you check out more live performances and get to see their range and personalities on stage. They're amazing!
Welcome back... Another great reaction to the Ladies of Lovebites.. Elegance, Beauty, Charm and kick a** Talent. So many more songs to see and hear.. For another side of Lovebites take a look at Epiloge live from their Daughters of the dawn concert in 2019.. A vocal, lyrical, musical Masterpiece.. one of many by these amazing Ladies.. thank you for your great reaction and appreciation of these special young ladies. this show was special: covid restricted (only clapping and only every second seat occupied), the last show with founder and bassplayer miho, the last show before a two year hiatus and darked haired guitarist miyako was in the second trimester of her pregnancy. I would suggest for the next one a song from their first show after the hiatus and the first one with new bassplayer fami: "we the united" live tokyo 2023. their hymn, pure joy and energy!

Yes, their live performances are just outstanding. For a different side of them I suggest “Edge of the world”, “Empty daydream”, “Epilogue”, “Spellbound”, “Dancing with the devil” (all live)
They are, in my humble opinion, the best metal band in the world today. The talent of each individual is off the charts. May I suggest reacting to their song, Break The Wall?

A couple of comments about this concert. It is from 2021 and was performed under strict Covid restrictions, only 50% audience capacity with mandatory masks and no shouting and cheering. This is a part of the reason the band are not moving around the stage as much as they normally would. Miyako, the guitarist with long black hair, is several months pregnant, she gave birth to a daughter later that year. Asami, the vocalist also gave birth a little later, so at least two of the band are also mums 🤗 I was introduced to Lovebites by a friend who said I might like them. When I looked them up on YT my first impression from the thumbnails was, 'this looks like some sort of J Pop thing' and I was tempted to give them a miss. However I decided to trust my friend and watched what was at that time the latest video on the Lovebites Official YT channel which was 'Winds of Transylvania' the VladLove music video. I can only compare the experience to what it must be like to hit by an express train, I don't think I have yet recovered over 3 years later. I instantly became a huge fan. I'm going to see them play live in London later this year, both in June and July. Really excited to be going to see them. They make their North American debut at Atlanta in September, but tickets are sold out, I hope for all you NA fans they play more gigs there soon. 😃🤘🐺 I would also like to warn you that the Troll you were warned about last week has been very active the last few days. It seems to be one person using multiple names and accounts. Please treat any abusive or strange negative comment accordingly. Regards from the UK
do the swan song by them the guitarest with long black hair is also a concert painist at the first part of the song she plays chopan as well as at the end WOW
I agree they play awesome music. This concert was under covid restrictions, hence the subdued audience. One of them was 4 and a half months pregnant at the time. Hope to see you do more LOVEBITES. If memory serves me, Miyako, the dark haired guitarist, was 5 months pregnant during this 2 hour concert. Next time you should check their performance of “Swan Song with Chopin Intro”, where Miyako shreds the piano on one of the hardest classical pieces ever written by Fredric Chopin, and blends it with their Swan Song. It literally brings goosebumps and it has brought some reactors to tears. You’ve just scratched the surface with this awesome band.😊😊😊
Thank you for another wonderful reaction to Lovebites, This song is wild, if I didn't love coffee so much I can probably skip it. This band also has a couple of really amazing Ballads and some songs that are a little more mid-tempo but their thrashy songs are just gold.
Thanks for another Lovebites reaction! Yes, they are amazing. Do also "Thunder vengeance" live or "Shadowmaker" - this one on MV or the Bloodstock 2018 version (Yes, they were there!). Muito amor do Brasil!

Thank you for your reaction to LOVEBITES.😃 Very nice reaction and impression.👍👍👍👍👍 ❤️LOVEBITES❤️ has about 60 songs.🎁💝 Thank you for your continued support of LOVEBITES.🙏 The synchronized guitar solos are the result of Midori and Miyako's daily training, and are the formula for LOVEBITES. Midori & Miyako call each other "相方(=aikata)🤝 ≒partners" and I think they 🤩respect each other and feel that they are 😍indispensable to each other. The contributions of ⭐Haruna⭐ and 🎸Fami🎓, who play solid and tight bass, are also essential. Lastly, many LOVEBITES fans can't help but ❤love❤ their dedication to music and their humility!😍
There is alot of great all female japanese bands at the moment most metal some rock and punk but Lovebites is my favorite but another great band one of the ones that started the new wave of female bands in japan metal scene is Aldious the song We are is amazing just be sure it is Re:no that is the vocalist ( they had a few) the video is also great if you cannot find the live one 🤘💓🤘
Yes, it's crazy how much good music is coming out of Japan. It seems a bit like Britain in the 60's and 70's with the explosion of different bands we had then. They have picked up the torch and are revitalising rock music.
M&M shredding their fingers off, while Haruna drives them relentlessly across the Metal highway, with assumably 300 mph. 😂 These are "my" ladies. 🤣 🐺GER
Thanks for continuing to react to these magnificently talented metal Princesses, I am so blessed to have got a ticket to see them live at The Garage, Islington, London on the 1st July this year,, I first knew of them at The Roadmenders, Northampton, England back in 2019 when they supported Dragonforce and was totally blown away and have followed them ever since🤘
@@MrsRealistic And sold out. They seem to follow the "one country, one concert" scheme at the moment--the concert in Germany in June is as far away from me as it is possible to be in Germany. Asami and Miyako have very young kids, and Fami is still in college, I can understand why they can't do an extended world tour right now.
@@MrsRealistic I am also from Texas but I had to see the US debut of Lovebites in Atlanta, so my wife and I are making the trip. If they do make the Atlanta ProgPower festival the start of a US tour, then Texas will very likely be a stop. Band-Maid has played in Dallas twice (2019 and 2022) and Houston once (2022). I saw Band-Maid at the 2022 Dallas show. I saw another all-female Japanese metal band called Nemophila play in Dallas last year. My theory as to why Lovebites has not announced any additional US shows is that they are still waiting to find out how much of September is open for them. Lovebites is heavily influenced by Iron Maiden and Maiden will be performing in Japan the last full week of September. They have yet to announce their opening act and, to me, Lovebites would be the perfect choice. Speaking of Maiden, they will be in Fort Worth and San Antonio in mid-November. I will be seeing them in Fort Worth.
grew up with Dio n others they are Very Talented he was right in saying metal never dies she reminds me of a mix of Tarja n Halloween , Miyako (dark hair guitarist) rocking a Dimebag
The BEST Heavy Metal Band in the World is LOVEBITES... The BEST Hard Rock Band in the World is BAND-MAID... The BEST Rock Metal&Cover Band in the World is NEMOPHILA.... The BEST Kawaii(Cute) Hardcore Metal Band in the World is HANABIE.... The BEST 3piece Metal Band in the World is ASTERISM.....
texas eh ? well you probably know by now that they added a show in dallas sept 8th at the echo lounge and music hall - tickets 43 bucks if you can get one. if i didn't live 1800 miles from there i'd go. quite a drive from beantown !
You really need to see Swan song (with Chopin intro) yes, “That” Chopin.. and Edge of the world, to really see Miyako’s (“Looks like a school girl) gifted talents on the piano! Enjoy 🤟🏻
As you are visiting many rabbit holes, I will add two more and a pigeon hole - Gacharic Spin (I wish I - live or MV) - East of Eden (This moment - MV) and Band Maid (Hate? - live)
Hello, I'm a Japanese OLD MEN🇯🇵The live performance of LOVEBITES has a high ratio of OLD MEN. That's right❗️It's a training live‼️I give up every time at the halftime of the live....and I also have a frozen shoulder😎💦I'm not the only one, about half of the audience in the venue was the same as me. ( I can't beat my age.) We make eye contact with each other, and it's heartwarming.... Comments from this angle will also be interesting.
Miyako, black hair, guitar, has her own YT channel. On her latest video she demonstrates how she composes her music, Part 1. You'll have to go to Atlanta to see them.
Japanese female bands are making all the best Rock and Metal of the 21st century. And doing it with smiles. Lovebites, Band-Maid, Nemophila, Hanabie and many more.
You hit the nail on the head. Nothing vulgar or gratuitous, just incredible musicianship and class. There are hundreds of all-female and female-led rock, metal and punk bands in Asia (most in Japan but other countries are getting in on the act). And YES, they are keeping rock alive. Another great band you should check out is Bridear. Founded in 2011, they were in the second wave of all-female heavy-metal bands. They love to go hard and heavy. Like Lovebites, they also have a twin-lead attack and technical rhythm section, ,but they go for a more raw sound. Their tiny bassist even growls at key moments. They’re scheduled to release their new album on June 28, and it’s a banger. To get an idea what they sound like (and get a great reaction out of it) check out “Ignite”: ua-cam.com/video/LQIDqudG_DQ/v-deo.html This is one of their older songs, from their original lineup. They have gone through some changes but have always kept that hard, heavy, technical sound. There is also a new video coming-don't miss the chance to jump on it!
One other thing that I've noticed is they seem far more mature than most of the other Japanese female bands. I realize it could be an age thing as they are in their 30's but even most of the other bands at that age don't seem to have this level of maturity. To me, they write, perform and carry themselves at a whole different level.
@@guitarzen5999 I think they've very deliberately decided to cultivate that image, and it works. And it's not just female bands. Look at the long history of Western bands, mostly males, who left trails of destruction behind them.
@@hiawatha.g This is true, The Who and Led Zep immediately spring to mind, great bands musically, but not always the best behaved, and there were many more who were their own worst enemies. The film 'Spinal Tap' although a tongue in cheek satire, was very close to the truth.
You may not be perfect (then again, who is?), but you do a very good job at pretending to be, you certainly had me fooled 😁 And as for being able to do what they do, they have more talent in their pinkies, than I have in my whole body. There are a lot of very talented musicians out there, and I wish I had just 1% of their talent, if I did, well... Anyhow, keep digging, this rabbit hole is a fun and rewarding one, and the rabbits are friendly and welcoming, mostly.
there is no doubt that these Ladies are friggin awesome, so much talent and dedication, if you want s cool treat check out SPELLBOUND from this concert, kind of a throw back to the 80's, you get to see some keytar in action....also well done (as always)..... ua-cam.com/video/qG7hwU_RJnE/v-deo.html
Yes. Miyako was in the later part of her second trimester in that performance. You can see it in her face. (I’m a dad who’s lived with a few of those expressions facing me). This performance HAD to happen. It could not be canceled, because after Japan’s strict covid rules regarding concerts, this concert may well have been one of the first post-covid with an audience present and not live-streamed. If you look in the audience during the mv, you can see the required social spacing. And they were not allowed to yell or be verbal during the concert. When I saw Nemophila in Japan, in 2023, the covid rules were still in place for concerts.
LOVEBITES haruna drum cam "Raise Some Hell" DRUMS VIDEO ua-cam.com/video/9Rpb1WCayIs/v-deo.html and a short clipof haruna drum solo ua-cam.com/video/gNW0BwTQs88/v-deo.html p/s she is only 4ft 9 in tall
I believe she is 1.45 meters, which I think in old money works out at about 4' 9". She is definitely the shortest member of the band followed in ascending order, Asami, and Midori both under 5' and Miyako and Fami just a little over.

LOVEBITES - Set The World On Fire lyrics:
The blue moon colors the blaze
Stabbing myself with the thunder
The predetermined imitation
An emotionless and a fearless smile
Flowing blood and crimson blade
Devastated resolution
Heat haze is waving far away
Who’s going to be sacrificed?
ON FIRE
Just like a falling flower
ON FIRE
Until this body rots away
Burning down to the Gates of Hell
Distorted madness is sneering
Incompetent, cowardly fools
A pitiful and painful punishment
It’s you who will be sacrificed
ON FIRE
Dressed in an armor of steel
ON FIRE
If I’m burned again and again
I’ll rise up from the Gates of Hell
SOLO: midori / miyako / both
The blue moon colors blaze
Stabbing myself with the thunder
The predetermined imitation
An emotionless and fearless smile
SOLO: miyako
Flowing blood and crimson blade
Devastated resolution
Heat haze is waving far away
Who’s going to be sacrificed?
ON FIRE
Just like a falling flower
ON FIRE
Until this body rots away
Burning down to the Gates of Hell

Thank you for your reaction to LOVEBITES.😃
Very nice reaction and impression.👍👍👍👍👍
❤️LOVEBITES❤️ has about 60 songs.🎁💝
Thank you for your continued support of LOVEBITES.🙏
The synchronized guitar solos are the result of Midori and Miyako's daily training, and are the formula for LOVEBITES. Midori & Miyako call each other "相方(=aikata)🤝
≒partners" and I think they 🤩respect each other and feel that they are 😍indispensable to each other.
The contributions of ⭐Haruna⭐ and 🎸Fami🎓, who play solid and tight bass, are also essential.
Lastly, many LOVEBITES fans can't help but ❤love❤ their dedication to music and their humility!😍
Thank you! 😁
I don't think anyone is thrashing any harder than Lovebites at the moment.
You might be right!!
Midori💚💚💚💚💚. Miho💜💜💜💜💜
Time is coming. 18 June in Lindau.🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘❤❤❤❤❤
👍👍👍👍👍👍
M&M shredding their fingers off, while Haruna drives them relentlessly across the Metal highway, with assumably 300 mph. 😂 These are "my" ladies. 🤣 🐺GER
Lovebites is the bar in music now
In what way?
@@PaleHorseShabuShabu A Snickers bar of course. Always satisfies.😄
@@rodhamm8484 Ha, good one.
Thanks for continuing to react to these magnificently talented metal Princesses, I am so blessed to have got a ticket to see them live at The Garage, Islington, London on the 1st July this year,, I first knew of them at The Roadmenders, Northampton, England back in 2019 when they supported Dragonforce and was totally blown away and have followed them ever since🤘
Lucky duck!
@@MrsRealistic LB will be playing in Dallas on 9/8. Better grab some tickets quick.
@raybl9295 that's almost 4 hours away from us unfortunately 😔
Band maid,Nemophila, paradoxx,-------japanese girl band---incredible
They're playing one show in Atlanta in September, but it's sold out :(
That's far far away from me 😢
@@MrsRealistic And sold out. They seem to follow the "one country, one concert" scheme at the moment--the concert in Germany in June is as far away from me as it is possible to be in Germany. Asami and Miyako have very young kids, and Fami is still in college, I can understand why they can't do an extended world tour right now.
@oliphant2848 oh yeah, there's no way I could be away from my kids like that!
I love the Iron Maiden gallop in this thrash song.
Yes, they are just like ordinary women standing at bus stop but.. crazy good in metal music's 🤯 . No gothic things, tattoo or else.. .thanks sis 👍🤘
Exactly!!
grew up with Dio n others they are Very Talented he was right in saying metal never dies she reminds me of a mix of Tarja n Halloween , Miyako (dark hair guitarist) rocking a Dimebag
there coming in 2024 first time
💯👍
They have a show in dallas september 8
Lovebites Rule over Metal 💪
This the best metalband right now
If you would like to check out a great concert intro from Lovebites, check out Thunder Vengeance from Five of a Kind 2020.

If you didn't notice the black hair guitarist miyako is about 4 or 5 months pregnant in this video.
That's insane!

@@MrsRealistic only four hours ? i could only dream they were that close
Hi! Wolfpack are here! 🤘🏼
Welcome!

They are coming to Georgia this summer but tickets were sold out instantly.
I’m 59 in America, and to see them live is my bucket list! 🎤🎸🎸🎸🥁🐺🐺🐺🐺🐺

I think...You need training. Especially on the shoulders lol 💪😎
FYI, at this concert Miyako (Dean of guitar) was 6 months pregnancy
That's crazy!
Miho Miho Miho!
Miyako, black hair, guitar, has her own YT channel. On her latest video she demonstrates how she composes her music, Part 1.
You'll have to go to Atlanta to see them.
Too far away from me I'm afraid 😢
A Frozen Serenade please!

Japanese female bands are making all the best Rock and Metal of the 21st century. And doing it with smiles. Lovebites, Band-Maid, Nemophila, Hanabie and many more.
😀🔥🐺🔥🐺🔥🐺🔥🐺🔥🐺🔥❣
Asami the singer is a former R&B singer
Haruna the drummer is 4'11".
🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 .... shahzaaaaaammmm !! hot - damn ....flim flam zim zam wham bammmm ............ thank you Mam !!!!!!! .... 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬
Are you swearing at me? 😉🤣
🤣 Thanks! Yes, I wish I had an ounce of that talent!
@@MrsRealistic Yeah, I'm sure I am good at something, just have to figure out what that might be 😆
@@Pascal-the-Rascal I'm good at making Kombucha 🤣
@@MrsRealistic Sounds yummy 😋
Lovebites = 🐺🐺🐺🐺🐺 They call themselves the White Wolves of Heavy Metal. They play Metal Their Way . . because - that's what they Do.
there is no doubt that these Ladies are friggin awesome, so much talent and dedication, if you want s cool treat check out SPELLBOUND from this concert, kind of a throw back to the 80's, you get to see some keytar in action....also well done (as always)..... ua-cam.com/video/qG7hwU_RJnE/v-deo.html
And during this performance, there’s a baby behind Miyako’s guitar.
In her belly, I assume 😉
At this point in time, Miyako (dark haired guitarist) is 4 -5 months pregnant and still jamming her ass off.
DFW Sept 8th
You have been bitten again. Welcome to the wolfpack!
