- Today let’s do more of our reactional-educational videos. We’re going to watch Kaos Riders Crazy & Unexpected Crashes today. I’m quite sure they are crazy, but it remains to be seen if they are unexpected. Just like last time we will watch a clip and then talk about what a rider could do differently to avoid the crash.

On Moto Control channel you will find videos about motorcycles, motorcycle riding techniques, tips & tricks and online motorcycle training for beginner and advanced riders!
A little info about me. My name is Andrei Bodrov, originally I'm from Moscow, Russia, and now I live in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Back in Moscow I was a motorcycle instructor and creator of Moto Control Beginner & Advanced motorcycle rider courses, which quickly became the most popular courses in Moscow (well, at least the advanced one😁). My advanced training course makes emphasis on slow speed riding techniques at first (such as good clutch and throttle control, proper riding posture, proper use of vision, etc.), then proceeds to more advanced techniques (such as aggressive braking, trail braking, maximal lean angle). The course incorporates a lot of exercises from DOSAF slow speed riding (similar to police rodeo like motorcycle training in USA), braking and cornering exercises and motogymkhana style riding. And now, since I actively learn English - I decided to post some useful videos for both your and mine practice!😉
🏍️🏍️🏍️
Since everyone writes this, it's necessary, I suppose 🤷, so here we go. Disclaimer: Ride at your own risk, you are responsible for your own safety. Me, Andrey Bodrov and my channel, Moto Control disclaim any liability incurred in connection with the use of riding techniques from this channel. Use common sense, wear full protective gear and ride in a safe and predictable manner!

lol I like the assessment about a guy whose actions indicate he has never been punched in the face.
That guy completely overreacted and now that driver has to pay to fix their mirror. It's a shame the hobby of riding motorcycles attracts so many immature man-babies. They're out there giving the rest of us a bad name.
@@-Eternal-Damnation- Right on!!! I hate those morons who feel the need to rev bomb, break mirrors, hit doors, and act like they have no blame whatsoever in any situation. It does give the rest of us who try our best to ride safely a bad name. Ride safe. Ride well. Ride often.
The "never got punched in the face" comment was instant like! 😂
the guy stopped for pedestrian is so chill😇
These reactional-educational videos are my new favorite, second to only the parking lot courses!
Yep
I watch a fair amount of crash & crash analysis videos.
Quite often analysis is boring or self righteous....not here.
I enjoyed this...interesting & amusing at times....."Who wants to be a millionaire made me chuckle"
You talk sense but also add humour I relate to "I like very much" 😉
Thanks 😊👍🏍
The white car was not hit from behind. The driver was so focused on the opening in the traffic that he just assumed the bike had already gone. It has happened to me twice, and to someone I know a third time (all in the same year strangely enough).
Maybe you should learn to watch the motor vehicle in front of you
I thought the same, car was going for it with the opening, eyes left
@@SuperOtter haha, correct! One of the three times WAS me hitting the other vehicle from behind. The good news is, I have learned. The bad news is the other three and a half billion humans have not. Good luck out there.
Holy **** 14:14 looked so scary. Thinking the sight of that car front could have been the last thing you see in your life
love your humor man! and it was nice seeing some sane riders for a change haha
The rider who hits the car mirror is a cross between C and D. He’s a lobotomite who’s never been punched in the face because he thinks he’s tough and can run away on his bike.
Awesome video Amigo... I enjoy all of your videos in Tijuana Mexico. I enjoy your sence of humor most of all. Keep at it.
Muchas gracias!
This is one of the most valuable lessons that can be given, learning from mistake of others is always best, please keep making them, this is life saving video
I have heard other content creators say that watching bikers crash is stupid and pointless! But my response to them was: When MotoGP racers crash, the riders team studies the video footage of the crash to see what went wrong with the motorcycle and/or rider, or if it was an issue with the track having debris etc! If they need to correct something, they can based on the video footage! Not every single crash can be avoided, but learning from other riders mistakes can help me to improve, because all it takes is one slip up or mental lapse and I will have a screwed up day!!
I keep taking a tumble every once in a while, but unlike a few of the people featured in the video, I've never been curious about what road rash feels like, so I've always worn protective gear while riding. I'm still blissfully ignorant about what it feels like despite losing count long ago about how many tumbles I've had.
Wow,you should get some more training if you keep falling off. That's not a good mindset to have, expecting and taking a fall.
@@Simon-fm8yc Most or all professional racing riders have fallen plenty of times, so according to that reasoning they are in dire need of practice as well. And I haven't expected any of the falls I've had because otherwise I would have avoided them. Plus, I've had only one serious crash and even that one didn't result in any noteworthy injuries. If you ride as much as I do - and throughout the entire year in a snowy climate as I do - crashes are nearly inevitable, but you can avoid serious crashes, and I've been pretty good at that. And by the way, many of my crashes have happened during practice
I decided not to use my jacket on a hot day. That was the day of my first crash and had some nasty road hash.
Never ridden without it again.
Very wise! Even if the temperatures are in the 90s'f with 90% humidity, I always ATGATT. They just need to perfect the airconditioned jacket like they have the heated ones 😛@@andrechagas4549
Well I'd say that makes you a smart guy. I don't plan on finding out what it feels like either lol
Great video, Andre.
Thanks!
As always, GREAT STUFF!! Analysis is always so helpful; especially for newer riders who don't know what they don't know. If you're a new rider reading this, NEVER stop learning, and NEVER think you "have arrived" at being a great rider. Humility will get you a lot further than arrogance and stupidity. Please ride well, Ride safe. Ride often.
I watch a lot of these motorcycle crashes and used to think I was the only one complaining about most of the riders having been the cause themselves. Really good to see I am not alone! Great analysis my friend.
you've got to keep doing these video i love them so much. perfect blend of educational and awesomely funny
Great video! Nice to see your channel growing. You deserve it!
Great video again! I really like your sense of humor. :)
I usually don't watch any crash videos (just gradually makes me more scared of the road) but these do the opposite, just helps me prepare for things I wouldn't have thought of and how to deal with them, what habits to build... I love this channel!
Btw, in the video where 2 people hit the post, I'm thinking they must've tried high-fiving the incoming rider? It makes a point to freeze on the previous rider doing something like that just before
Actually I thought they are going on 1-way road and the dude who fell got spooked by oncoming bike. But I can't tell for sure
@MotoControlEn Oh its a 1-way?? I hadn't noticed that, wow 😨
@@gaastsIt might be, I'm not sure. The way they ride makes it look like it is, but it's India, so nothing is impossible😁
First rider got spooked, or wanted a High 5 , And then got rear ended from rider behind, who didn’t expect bike in front to slow down 🤷🏻♂️, maybe
Great video.
I love your channel!
Spasibo!😁
please do more of these
The rider who stopped for the pedestrian could have flashed his brake light a few times before stopping to warn the car behind him that a stop or slow down was imminent. Some States in America mandate that vehicles must stop when pedestrians are in the crosswalk. It’s the law!!
The problem with that rule (and many others) is that it's never enforced, so it's like it never existed. The only thing cops do is speeding tickets, they don't enforce any actual safety rules (like not using turn signals, driving with no lights at night or with high beams always on etc.)
For that exact reason I got a brake light modulator that automatically flashes when I brake. They’re not legal everywhere but I would highly recommend them.
@@raoulrrI couldn’t agree with you more! 👍
@@RG-500 Excellent idea, I will definitely look into that! Also, I don’t know why it is, but when something makes sense and can help to prevent dangerous situations, they consider it illegal. 🤷♂️
if a motorcyclist crashes, don't move them around like in the video beginning at 6:31 . It can harm them even more. and dont try to remove the helmet!
As a retired male nurse, I couldn’t agree with you more! Excellent observation, you must have had some training in the medical field. 👍
Beginner rider here, my bike doesn't have ABS, and I didnt suffered a slide or a situation where my front wheel simply locked up... but in those emergency brakes situation, should I lock the front brake slightly and gradually? or I just simply do a combined braking to avoid this situation? Thanks.
The situation at 10:00 is pretty ridiculous if you look at how American infrastructure treats pedestrians. I live in Las Vegas and there are these kind of signs (some have yellow flashing lights but others don't like here) in 6 lane boulevards with a median and a 45mph speed limit where cars easily go 60mph. Somehow the city planners thought that is a good idea.
Tshirt low sider, ow, but he was extremely leaned and you see front brake quick squeeze, almost a guaranteed lowside
The pedestrian good rider one, he was and even said he was slowing down, so the truck that bumped him was in the wrong
@11:30 In my state (NJ, USA) it's better to just yell out "sorry" when you don't stop for people at crosswalks, because we all know that SUV mom behind me will run me down if I even thought stopping..
Heck, I have to run through some nasty yellow/red lights because I know the person behind me won't stop in time.
It only took one old man running a red and missing my leg by inches..
9:05 I want this truck horn on my bike too. And double it down with projector fog lamps (low angle, ofc)
Here in brazil we have all kind of shit in the roads and streets, sometimes literal shit, the first thing i learned is to never ride outside the tire tracks of the cars, especially in the corners, here in the Rio Grande do Sul we have a particular problem of dirt in all the rural roads, some of them have absolutely no shoulders.
I love holding my finger on the horn too 😂
I beg your pardon 🥴 No sex talk here OK 🤣🤣🤣
Questions: How often do new videos come out, and is there an email address to send in questions?

@@MotoControlEn Thank you so much! 🏍️💨
@RollWithSoul317 you just sent him a question this way on this platform & answered you ! How many ways of contact is required ???
@@stevewilson8752 The point you’re trying to make is non sequitur in my opinion, but duly noted. If you notice, the content creator answered my question and concern amicably and that’s enough for me, have a great day!
13:40 Была похожая ситуация. Песок на разделительной полосе, только я выставил ноги и удержал байк за руль, не дав упасть.
open one here in my country, and you will be surprised that people with scooter tends to be more skillful than the one on these videos. haha, we have a harsh roads, hence the obtained skills. But still, we are lacking of trainers like yours that are accessible to public.
More training / practice & common sense is best prevention in most cases 😀👍 Cheers from Bundaberg Australia 🇭🇲🍹🕺
The last guy's crash was due to NOT paying attention: posing for camera and one-hand. I can't never understand one-hand rider, your chance to crash increases significantly.
I didn't like how abruptly the last guy let go off the front brakes as he entered the corner. that surely took away weight from the front. the suspension extended, transferred weight away from the front and this when traction was needed most.
The Bambi video. Was the idiot completely naked, or just his arms. Did he consider afterwards the state his arms would have been in if he had slid down that road for 50 mtrs at that speed? I’m baffled by the stupidity of some riders.
It’s funny how these guys are so tough to smash car mirrors but not tough enough to stick around. Tough to flee.
As riders we should never have to roll off the throttle or use our brakes for any one ever no matter the reason.
shhhhhhesshhhhhhhhhh the last one !!
Apply rest brake befiore front, progressive squeeze of front brake
💙👏👏👏🧿🏍🇹🇷
Ayna kıran sürücü için ne diyeyim bilemedim böyle insan artıkları yüzünden bizede kötü bakıyorlar.
I got sideswiped by a car following to close to a truck. I went for the overtake but he tried as well, unfortunately for his wing mirror 😂. I was fine as I accelerated through it then gave him a lesson on the second rule 😅😅.
Wow that solution when your battery died… this is why you are so extremely differen from any other instructors!
Sometimes your safety is more important than following traffic code.
So, nothing unexpected really, except for Bambi
Poor bamby 🤣🤣
Tali-Bambi suicide deer squadron strikes again!!
D.. every time.
The brand of horn is Denali; check their website for the model that will fit your bike.
Cool, thanks!
I installed the Denali Sound Bomb Mini and it is definitely loud enough to get someone’s attention! Highly recommended. 👍
Not giving way to pedestrians here in Japan is technically against the law although you will only be ticketed if the Police witnesses you not giving way. The last guy definitely panicked a little mid-corner when they spotted the car and applied the front brakes when at a high lean angle which caused the low-side.
4:09 all the above
On the last video he might slide on the damaged road marking. You can see smth like that after crash
It's hard to tell how much lean the last guy tried to use (and what only came by accident) but it seems like he was just trying to corner too sharp and too fast.
you funny brezhnev
I agree with the asshole move when pedestrian is waiting to cross. After being re-ended personal safety needs to uppermost. Imo
The guy who hit the deer should have seen that the car was slowing down for some reason
Good point 👍😀🇭🇲🍹
12:00 no,bro. That's clealy a US. And you have to yield to pedestrians over there. The problem, supposedly, was that the rider is in no-filtering state. So he acted as a car.
😅🔥🔥🔥
the last one is litterally just brake turn and pray....
dude clearly never took a course on riding... he's VERY lucky.
are you the new Dan Dan Fireman ?
Alas, I don't have such a luscious beard, so no😁
You not the Dan , You be Count Dracula 😝🕺👍
q1: D
and the rider in front should have evaded, not revved.
The crosswalk situation would have also been more safe to stop not in the middle of the lane, but to the left, so cars can easier move around if they can/want/need to.
Last one: Au.. Au... Au...: Wear freaking gear idjit. And train breaking in corners.
0:30 a rider doing filtering complains about a driver doing filtering (who even turned the indicators on).... very logic Lol
3:20 Answer: C (definitely) and D. Take his driving license away for a year (should he has one).
Bambi turned into a lovely venison ❤
Rev bombing is an intelligence test. Answer D.
*Nature abhors a vacuum. Motorists doubly so.* Empty space = lane change, always.
Tough guy whacks mirror cos he’s angry about driver not using it, therefore endangering more bikers etc as driver can’t use mirror - smart!
it's C
D!!!
The accident with the deer is just pure luck to me. The rider didn't have any time to take any decision simply. He rides too fast then got surprised and luckily did not have time to do anything...
The mirror guy :
B) vigilante : is what I would have picked before but still a bit harsh reaction to that situation
C) edgy wannabe : is now what I would take. People are so tense these days that it could escalate very fast.
Have your say. Once you touch the other or damage his belongings, prepare for possible battle.
Sad but tends to be true !
C. Edgy Wannabe gets my vote.
The so called "tough guys" are the exact reason why there are negative opinion for the moto people on the street. The uneducated clowns which we see in this moment of the video should know that in situation like this they should be both on the very left part of the left line being prepared to react on any car line merge. Both of the clowns had enough time to reduce speed and correct their line position before any contact with the car. Instead of doing this they showed aggression and arrogant dominance on the street which is guarantee for not so bright future. Mirror breaking is indescribable.
😄
Who's been a street some what new Redier I'll give u a tip : 1. Learn to stop before u learn to speed up
Lobotomite 😂
ow about video request/suggestion?
What motorcycle license exam is in Argentina?
We know Russian one is a cheap knock-off of Spanish, with the police being cheap on radar guns.
And we know the US is basically ride around the block and coming back alive.
Would be interesting to hear how it's done in Latin America.
It's a Honda
My Andre always reacts to crazy crashes and moto mayhem …. But now you must react fast and buy the king of the road training course so my Andre won’t react to you on moto stars video !!!! In the words of borat … very nice!!

I stopped watching this kind of videos because the trend was to be "violent" by smashing mirrors and insult the car drivers. It was the "content". And most of them from the US, so just got fed up with nonsense. I think as you grow up / mature, you take the riding very different, you get in car's shoes, calmer, and all this specially if you faced an accident before. Obviously the squid from 3:44 question, not sure if C or D, or maybe he was scared because he couldn't foresee the spot that car could move in, and that's how he reacted. But to be honest, he was not even affected, was his mate.
Gaps = Traps
Mirror slapping is for knuckle draggers. What a melon...
I wouldn't want to be in gear for the rear ender. If you get hit you could end up dropping the clutch / opening the throttle and accelerating into traffic. The driver behind had stopped, so it wasn't reasonable to expect he'd start moving and hit you.
Unfortunately driver standards are very poor all around the world.
I’m never in gear at red lights, but my right foot is always on the brake, so in case of being rear-ended, I shouldn’t roll forward too much
Option A: Tough Guy😮
C
I hate those macho bikers that think they are tough because they ride bikes, but they are slow to spot hazards and quick to lay blame, what's the point in smashing or moving a mirror, that could cause another accident further down the line, I moved a mirror while I pulled up at a junction next to.a car once, but not because I was angry, because it was still folded in, if they had have had a go at me for touching their car then maybe I would have smashed it off and zipped off into the traffic 🤭😅... I'm joking! Lol..
Acting like a pr1ck on a bike gives non bikers a bad view of all of us, and they are the ones that control the rules that dictate how, when and if we can ride, in UK they are planning to put a speed limit on motorcycles less than that of cars and further down the line, banning bikes before cars 😱
Man of few words 😂😂
D
Answer is A
Filtering is getting to the traffic light among STOPPED cars. Splitting is riding among moving cars. Please learn. They are NOT the same thing.
You might learn a bit as well (especially if you are so tempted to teach others)...
www.vicroads.vic.gov.au/safety-and-road-rules/motorcyclist-safety/motorcycle-filtering
@@smax48new Looks like you need some learning yourself, little one:
Arizona S.B. 1273 says "The operator of a two-wheeled motorcycle may overtake and pass another vehicle that is !!!stopped!!! in the same direction of travel and in the same lane as the operator and may operate the motorcycle between lanes of traffic if the movement may be made safely.."
Utah H.B. 149 "'Lane filtering' means, when operating a motorcycle other than an autocycle, the act of overtaking and passing another vehicle that is !!!stopped!!! in the same direction of travel in the same lane."
You, child.
Well, first of all I shouldn't have fed a troll like you, but anyway it's too late...
My point was that "lane filtering" means different things in different countries. This is NOT a US only forum, you know...
So, as Andrey suggested, let's other people decide which category you belong to (A) - (D) :-D
Get a grip , he could teach you a thing or two , you child.
I,'ve been whatcing your videos for a long time.. I've learned a lot from you.. But for a while now, I don't apprecieate how often you call people stupid. I do not think you are as good youtuber as you were bebore. People are not stupid as you say.. Please stop being sarcastic and go back to give good advises to bikers. thank you!
One thing about your judgmental, "that is why we don't ride in our t-shirts". I don't think you NEVER lived in places where it is 90F+ in shade and a stop at a prolonged traffic light can be a cause for a heat stroke. You boldly assert to wear ALL THE GEAR ALL THE TIME. Well, I want to see you in all your gear riding under the scorching sun. You clearly have no experience riding under super hot weather and how it feels. Thus, seating in your chair making judgments like these, well, ti viglyadish kak chaynik.
You're on drugs aren't you fool 👎 Riding gear saves riders from getting all bashed from the road you idiot , or ending up in hospital getting stitched up or operated on in emergency , get a grip , dickhead.
Protecting gear will also save your sin when scorching sun is out to burn.
Don't be afraid to sweat bro. 😅
