Are you a Pasta Carbonara lover? Have you ever wondered how to make it at home in a simple way? Well, stay tuned because this recipe (more like cooking with me hehe) will be your go-to Carbonara recipe.
You'll only need the following ingredients:
1) Pasta (I like bucatini, linguini, & fettuccine),
2) Eggs (mostly yolks),
3) Parmigiano Reggiano Cheese (you can use Pecorino Romano as well),
4) Fresh Grinded Black Pepper
5) Smoked Bacon (you can also use guanciale or pancetta)
That's it, just 5 ingredients. Of course, you'll need salt and water, but those don't count.
This video is mostly unedited to show you that even when you are a more experienced home cook chef, you'll have some struggles. It's normal.
