Hi Chris, Thanks for an inspiring series on your truck camper build, I'm going to take the leap and start mine. How are things holding together? Do you have a list of resources?
Planning a week at an established campground for a festival. During that week I will be testing the power system and figuring out the little things that are not working well. I will have access to campground amenities as a backup in case things don't go as expected. If the festival is boring I may bounce up to very northern NH for some boondocking/exploring.
I woulnt recommend Arizona. Be careful with them. I used to stock K-Mart. those jugs were the #1 thing that arrived shattered. Nice camper though inside very precise and fancy looking. Would work well for a lot of things.
They seem to have the most robust construction. The storage and the "in use" area are flexible enough to accept jugs of different shapes. Worst case I could drop some $$$ on roto-paks. See how it goes I guess. Thanks for the tip!
@@TinyHouseGuy They're firm but I think it makes them shatter. Perhaps they were defective ones but I'm pretty sure at the right temperature all of them shatter with the right force put on them. Might be more of an issue when it's cold.
This is amazing!!!! Looking to do a build like this in my Tacoma. Thanks for sharing
awesome job, well planned.
Just watched through all your build videos. Nice work. It gives me some ideas. Have a thought to do something with my short bed Silverado.

Any updates from your camping trip?
That is a awesome camper 👍
How long do you plan to camp first trip out? Excellent craftsmanship.

What was your final weight??
Just under 800 pounds. If I remove the AC and power station its like 650 pounds.
@@TinyHouseGuy perfect thanks for info, looks great

How much did it cost you to build?
