Satori have confirmed that the final production versions will indeed have sapphire crystal. The also took on bound my points about the hands and strap as well.
The first thing that popped into my head was Lorus....just one of those things....the hands need to be wider, the minute & seconds hand need to reach right out to the chapter ring also....I like field watches, the simplicity and no nonsense nature of them but this just doesn't tickle me at all and I can't figure out why....I will of course check out there KS and wish them the very best of luck....🏴⌚🏴⌚
Very nice, do like the shade of green used on the dial. The strap needs improving some and I think they missed an opportunity with the size too, unless they are doing a smaller version down the line. You're right about the hands too.
Pretty nice watch. You seem knowledgeable so I wonder if you have a suggestion for me. Cheapest watches with 22mm strap and under 46mm lug to lug? I know of the Seiko 5kx but I'm hoping to spend like 30-50 bucks lol.
That green color is awesome! Really like the look of this one. I'll take them all!😅😂🤣 The simplicity of this watch is its greatest appeal to me. Great review. Cheers!
That's fair enough. It does have some interesting design choices with the case especially, that probably wont be for everyone. Thanks for watching anyway.
@@HonestWatchReviewsHWR Nah,I mean about field Expedition series.Depends of location You can get them from 630$,but they have decent discounts from time to time here and there.Ive got mine series 2 for under 500$.Also I would be really careful with British KS brands. In about 1 year I know of 3 brands that didnt fullfilled their runs and scammed the people. One owner was disguised with a new boat and motorcycle purchases, lol

The kickstarter has been cancelled :(
Indeed, my immediate thought was the hands could do to be a bit chunkier.
Those holes in the strap need reinforcing grommets, too.
They have already said to me that the points about the hands and strap are good ones. So hopefully they will address that during the Kickstarter.

I can see what you mean there.
The watch has such a Vostok Commander vibe IMO.
I really like it. If they really change the size of the hands it will be a great watch.
I can see the resemblance.
Great review of a sweet looking watch. I have to agree that the hands need to be wider for improved visibility. Otherwise, this one is a winner.
Thanks. Yeah hopefully they'll address that during the Kickstarter campaign.

Totally agree. I think they do too, as they have already mentioned it to me.
Hello! Thanks for your videos. Do you know where these are manufactured?
That looks great. The case finish and colour really suit it.
I agree the hands need to be thicker.
Yeah the case finishing is fantastic.

For that little, I think you might find it tough.
43mm? Jeezass!
It is on the larger side, but still just wears ok on my 7" wrist though.

Great review.

Yeah it's simple, but still manages to have a distinct character to it as well.
Nice watch it’s got a Good set of colours but perhaps maroon or yellow option later if sells well
They would look quite nice I think.
Not sure if green is my colour but never the less a good quality watch
It's probably not the one I'd go for either. Which of the different colours do you prefer?
@Honest Watch Reviews white or blue 👍
@@paulhiggins8774 I'd probably go for the white myself.
Quite a spec sheet, nice i'd say, full on!
Thanks James, be well mate, cheers.
It's a pretty compelling prospect isn't it?
@@HonestWatchReviewsHWR I'd buy that, ain't sure about the watch though...😉

Love the green
Is that your favourite colour then?
Could be, it's nice on watches.
Not feeling it but good luck to the brand.

Lovely watch, sadly way too big for me. Otherwise I would have backed the Kickstarter.
That's unfortunate. It is quite a looker isn't it?
@@HonestWatchReviewsHWR Certainly is.
I think Boldr is much better choice in that price range
Aren't most Boldr's quite a bit more expensive than this?

The watch is a little big, and the hands look like they don't belong to this watch at all sadly.
Hopefully they will be fixing the hand size issue.
