How come you don't clamp your workpiece while sawing? Better control with two hands. But regardless of that, nice work. I have that same 45° Japanese square. I have used it for years and years and it's as accurate as the day I bought it. Great video. I subbed. Namaste. 😊🙏🪵🪚⛩

You nearly answered your own question. It's a marking knife. You can find them anywhere you would purchase fine woodworking tools.
