My first fast car was a ‘62 Chevy II, unibody. It came with a 239 straight six, and a three on the tree. I installed the entire drive train from a ‘75 LT1 vette, with a 780 Holly dubble pumper with dual feed, and Hooker fender well dump headers. I had to install traction bars because the torque was so high that the rear wheels would hop, and ladder bars, because when I’d get on it, the unibody would twist, and jam the transmission linkage, and make it impossible to shift. It was only used as a nailies ice drags car. While it wasn’t a big block, it was a f*cking rocket. Definitely faster than my ‘71 442 Olds Cutlass, which had a 455 big block. Thanks for the video. Brought back some beautiful memories. Oh yeah, I love your ride.
Now thats a true hotrod like i I would have like to of had back in the day when I didn't have the money to do all that. You have some nice hotrods. Thanks for showing them. Shoutout from Oklahoma.
Well, I might should ask the Lord for forgiveness because I do have some lust in my heart for Novacain but I really think your pickup is hot too. Yes Sir you got you a couple of beautiful classics. Real keepers. I gave a thumbs up & even though I’m subscribed to too many platforms, I thought to myself, listening to the rooster in the background, so peaceful, a wonderful community that I bet knows most everybody & more than likely goes to or has been to Church together as a community, often, the good life. Hearing that rooster, I sure miss a couple of different ones I had (which I’ve had several but these was a father that left us with his son to carry on). I’m subscribed. I’m from Western Kentucky but many years ago I pulled many loads of Chicken out of North Carolina. It’s a fine State. Have a Blessed summer and stay drawed tight with your community & the Lord as we know this is what it’s all about. Later, oh & aw, man that muther thumper cam😆👏👏👏awesome.👍☝️
