You are absolutely correct in your analysis of your country. I noticed these points within a month of living here. I was actually just talking about some of those topics with my Ebike mechanic yesterday as far as the overpopulation, low wages and cost of basic needs being the major factors of why the provincial areas are so poor. But also what is seen as normal here is being ok with being poor. I have seen many houses with several working age people, but only one person in the house (usually the oldest) is working. Its almost like they want the next generation to carry on the poverty tradition. Only your politicians can fix this through education, and convincing employers to ease up on the college degree requirement while providing a higher national minimum wage that cannot be lowered simply based on what city you live in.

It is amazing that the cost of living here is so high, while the wages are so low. It keeps Filipinos desperate and hungry, and probably explains the many scams you find. Systemic corruption is a big part of this, but many Filipinos also seem lackadaisical when it comes to bettering themselves; they are satisfied with low quality and low standards, in general. Few know how to save, plan, or discipline themselves financially. Is it because of a feeling of futility, or more of a cultural thing? Sadly, many of the more industrious Filipinos become OFW, but are abused by their families, who seem perfectly okay with their indentured servitude.

    We are really hard workers!
Although one being a hard worker seems like a good character quality to have, it's really not.
Hard work does not add anything to any company that I know of to this day.
Imagine how many times job recruiters hear that same old tired rehearsed answer to the interview question:
    Why should we hire you?
In short one should avoid using that expression and instead answer that question like they themselves are out to be any company's owner who has an immediate need for people like yourself!

Why you don't have a message at every video to tell them the various family planning methods and sex options and withdrawal method is the worst

I am curious about why everyone(globally) blames single motherhood on a lack of "education". I find it hard to believe that young men and women in their teens are unaware that sex is how we reproduce and create legacy.
The real reason for single motherhood is a lack of God in the home and culture. Im an American man and i didn't have sex until my marriage night with my ex wife. She divorced me bc "she didnt love me anymore". But it was bc of my faith in King Jesus Christ that i strived to stay pure until marriage.

Re the second thing you mentioned, you won't like this, but imho, Filipinos - men and women - are not ignorant of basic human reproductive biology. It's not about "family planning" (if by that you mean "birth control," in which there is no birth and no control), and it is not about a lack of sex education. Everyone learns about the birds and the bees - especially where people live close together and like to talk - as you note. The problem is that Filipinos do not consider that is a sin to have sexual relations before marriage, or if they know it's a sin, they don't think it's really a very important one. It's inconvenient for them to make the connection between their own unrestrained concupiscence and the poverty all around them. This is essentially a moral problem, not merely a problem of not enough information.. Apart from the cultural trend, the solution, in my opinion concerns catechetics. The Church is doing a poor job of that. That said, all of us who are Catholics ARE the Church. We all have a responsibility to evangelize and encourage and educate our fellow Christians re faith and morals. The Philippines is a Catholic country, but too many Filipinos are merely cultural Catholics, or poor Catholics, or fallen away Catholics. Along with this is a lack of regular Mass attendance is a lack of availing themselves of the sacrament of Confession. If we wish to receive Holy Communion, we must be in a state of grace, and if we suspect ourselves of not being so, we need to go to confession before presenting ourselves at the alter. This is just basic. But do most Filipinos do this? If people don't take sin seriously, that is, if they don't take seriously offending Our Blessed Lord, your country will suffer great disasters. God doesn't need to strike us with a meteor or a hurricane: the effects (poverty, single parent households) issue directly from our behavior. This is guaranteed. My own country also is in big trouble because of the same failures. But here the effects are worse. Here people resort to butchering their own children as if they were a scourge, as if they were a cancer. This is the state of the world today. The Philippines despite their problems in this area are a beacon of light to the rest of us. That's how far gone we are. You still love each other, and don't rationalize your murders. But because of your position of one of the few truly Catholic countries remaining in the world, you MUST make use of what you've retained. Your patrimony is great. If enough Filipinos convert and become devoted to Our Lord and His mother, all these problem of poverty and of the great number of single-parent households will improve dramatically. We will always have suffering in this world, but the extent of this vicious cycle of poverty that we see in the Philippines will be broken. That's my take. God bless the Philippines!!
