I'm living vicariously through you and Tim because there's NO WAY my husband and I wouldn't end up divorced if we attempted to do this type of stuff together. Neither one of us is handy... he has no patience... and I'm a total perfectionist 🤣 You guys did an amazing job as usual! Omg I was watching this while I was working and I looked up and you were sitting in the sink. That's how my daughter puts on her makeup when she doesn't have her contacts in. I had to giggle cause now she's not the only one.
Love your new look bathroom. Peel and stick tiles are also great to cover up the shelves inside the vanity unit. I have done under my kitchen sink and it has held up well.

LOVE it! I think it looks great and yes, you're right, we shouldn't be comparing ourselves to the pros who make all of this stuff look so easy on HGTV programs. You've given me a poof-up push to continuing with taping my bathroom tub, tile surround, vanity, etc., getting ready to paint it from ugly olive green (which the former owners did and I've lived with 7 plus years, YUCK!) to crisp clean white - and black accents elsewhere.

Yes my 3 kids have been home since March 2020, and with how bad Florida is getting, looks like they’ll be home for another year.
I have 2 immunocompermised kids, and I am as well. I will cry tears of joy when they get to go back to school again.

Love how the bathroom came together, I recently done my kitchen with similar stuff on the work tops but pvc splash back brick effect. The names you attached to the baskets have a sticky clear layer over them that is supposed to be peeled away 😁

It looks fantastic! I'm worried about durability with the paint. If you prime first and follow with clear coat sealer, that paint will never come off. Just a suggestion. Also, you can get great results using marine paint, especially in bathrooms.

Kilee - I've never bought anything referred by UA-cam Influencer, so I hope I did it right: from *your list* I pulled up the items I wanted to buy, then did so, it came to just under $150 (spray gun is $60 now.) Easy peasy and yep a new sub and this is the *only* vid I've seen of yours (so far of course) ... you're quite the saleswoman I'd say : D

This looks great! One tip about the cabinets. They are called Thermofoil. If u heat them with a heat gun or a hair dryer, they will come right off.

I love your new bathroom and actually did the same thing to my shower door, I painted it! The light fixtures too. The
one thing that concerns me about your project is the durability of the paint on the door. I am a paint pro and I would have recommended that you use a bonding primer before you painted it. It would make the paint adhere to the metal that much stronger. So if you start seeing wear, scratches or peeling you might have to redo it.

This is so great. I always wondered how I would get the peeling paper or whatever off my kitchen and bathroom cabinets. I also love the faux countertops, I've heard of this but never saw someone apply it. Thanks.

I would try to remove all that makeup from the counter and try to make a vanity in you your room. Give it a more grown up feel. 💛 You both did an amazing job. This inspired me to get motivated on my bathroom. I have the paint and removed everything from the walls I just need to get moving. 😂 I think I’m going to try doing these tiles too. I love this fresh clean look!! 😍

Pull the clear top layer off your cricut labels. It is there to help you put them on, then you pull the clear off. Your bathroom looks awesome !
