Wow Cecelia! Thank you so much! What a complement. Just as an FYI I did that makeover almost 6 months ago and the light fixture is still holding up perfectly!💕
I watched the reveal again more closely (was half asleep the first time)-Girl, I am especially impressed with how you made over the builder grade light fixture-It looks like it may have cost $300 Alone!! You never cease to amaze me-Luv Ya!
I love this renovation. I had my small bathroom remodeled and we all hate the results. This is my third viewing. I want to make sure I get it right this time. No money for another failure. I really enjoy your enthusiasm. I feel your confidence. It is contagious and inspiring. God has blessed you with a gift 🎁 and you are sharing it. I am grateful 😇 and will put mind and hands to the task. 🙏🏾God Bless you and family.
I want to do something in our guest bath which has a double sink vanity. I’m hoping Mirror Mates frames will add some elegance to the enormous mirror. Then to replace (at least temporarily) the outdated bypass glass sliders on the tub/shower a shower curtain. The round toilet needs replacing and I found one that only adds 2 inches and it would be an oval seat.
Your painters tape trick was clever, and I showed it to my very handy husband. He cautioned to be careful that you don't stretch the tape or your holes will not line up. A steel measurer is still the best idea.
I just added wall paper to my bathroom a few months ago, glad to know that I am not the only one that struggled. The wall paper really adds and I was nervous that the steam from the shower would cause it to peel. A few months later it is still looking amazing! Now its time to move onto the next bathroom :-)
Super job as usual. My husband got "Covid" renovation fever and replaced a bunch of light globes. He even painted the blue part of one globe with green to make it look yellow. It worked great. He loved the Edison Lights and replaced all the lights up stairs with them. We accidently got the white blubs instead of the yellow. They were so bright we took them back. Looking forward to your next job.
This is so amazing. My sister lives in Florida and this is exactly her bathroom layout. I’m sure she’ll be inspired at what can be achieved. I made some comments on this site a couple years ago which were well meaning but perhaps not expressed in the right way. I just want to thank you for championing, empowering and inspiring women’s diy 😍 🙏🏾
You are such a blessing, Natalee! I'm redoing the master bath for my amazing, hardworking, dedicated, selfless Aunt for Christmas. She and her husband have raised 3 awesome kids in a loving, Christian household, but her high school sweetheart has been diagnosed with Alzheimer's and has been completely bedridden for 2.5 years now. She is the Director of Respiratory at a hospital and has been slammed with work since the pandemic. She is so deserving of something special, and with your amazing videos, I'm going to give her a master bath perfect for relaxing and unwinding after a very long day. God bless you!! ❤️❤️❤️
Love!!! I used the peel and stick wall paper for my daughter’s room... both of my daughters are always wanting to redo their rooms every couple of years, so I gave it a go. A bit of a learning curve, but once I got the hang of it, it went up super easy and looks amazing even after several months. 😊
Lol! My husband just bought the same fun new toy. Be sure to hook your shop vac up to it and you will not get nearly as dusty. Love these low cost makeovers!
Why am I even remotely surprised. . .You knocked another one outta the park. I would like to see it with 2 round bath rugs. Way- to-go talanted and lovely lady!
You certainly addressed my question on updating a vanity! It all looks great!! Fresh, updated and best of all it does not break the bank. You’re the best!
I have a table saw but I just started using it for my plant stand. (I made a plant stand, two 12" rounds both top and bottom, with 3 1 1/2 x 1 1/2 legs, 36" tall. Not sturdy enough, so I cut some slats to go all around it but one side. That is where I am keeping my watering jug). I am now in love with my table saw. Can't wait to see other projects that you might use yours for. I love the look of your remodeled bathroom. This winter, I plan on redoing my bathroom. I am also going to change the look of the countertop (it's a light blue swirl, and I am just over it...LOL). I also think that I might change out some fixtures too. Keep on doing what you are doing, it gives us timid people confidence to make things by following along with you.
Oh my goodness NataLee...your light fixture turned out absolutely gorgeous! You did a beautiful job! I want a table saw too, I just can not afford it right now! All of my money that I have saved up is going toward my craft room reno right now! It is coming along nicely! And your scrap pieces of wood as the perfect sizes for your shelves...you can't beat that! 😁 I love how your bathroom turned out, it is absolutely gorgeous! I love it! ❤ As always, you do great work & I appreciate all of your hard work! As always, thank you for sharing your bathroom makeover with us! Stay safe, healthy and positive! God bless you and your family! Have a great weekend! 🙏❤🇺🇸😊

Bathroom turned out great. And I personally appreciate the couple of wonderful tips...1.) the template for the drawer handle screws, and 2.) the painters tape for placement of the hanging system for the mirror. Love it!!

I ask the owner if I could move the cabinet to the other wall. He was great about it. It was too high and over the stove area. The kitchen cabinet were covered with contact paper and grease. I removed it all. It was in good shape. The doors didn't match. So I removed the doors to the top cabinet; displaying my dishes and glassware. I'm working on the bathroom next. Lovely! I love all of it! I’m interested to follow the vanity light with the spray paint! I’ve been thinking about painting the builder grade light above my kitchen table! It has that same foggy glass but looks similar shape to one I’m obsessing over on Pinterest that’s black with gold on the inside where the bulb is!
WOW!!!!! Great job. That towel and toilet holder were meant to be set ínto wall tile, I used to sell them. That was crazy to cut the drywall to hang them. You're puppy is so adorable.

I love your vanity makeover so much, I think I have found the solution to my contractors' grade maple finished kitchen cabinets! I have been thinking of painting my cabinets for over four years but have not been able to envision the finished look to my liking. This shiplap idea of yours is the perfect solution. You always have such great ideas......keep them coming.
Wow! This is JUST what I'm needing! We're downsizing and will need to do some reno on the cheap but I don't want it to LOOK cheap. Question regarding the light fixture (which looks fantastic!) did it end up making the room darker because of the blackout glass? And did the spray paint on the glass have any issues with the heat from the light bulbs? I wasn't sure what color scheme to go with but black with gold accent it is!!! Love it! Thank you!
@@darkhorse9472 yes, that is a great solution, better even. We have aluminum wiring in our house and the LED bulbs flicker and go out on us sometimes. Great job! Very chic and beautiful color combination. Speaking of colors, the yellow top you have on is a very flattering color for you. Not many people can wear yellow and have it look that good!
My wife and I love your channel! I would try using some quickset mud like 45min for these patches. It will save you a lot of time! You can always skim coat after and it will save you money by the bag. God bless 🙏
Girl, you've got skills...put on the shiplap with one hand, no taping before painting, and calming your adorable puppy! Love what you did...it's a Purdue bathroom (black/gold). Question: what is that piece of plastic, with holes in it that you used to measure where to put the hardware on the vanity...that's pretty cool!?! Lots of inspiration 💖!
I must be the only person who loves the towel bars in the shower. They just make so much sense. I would love love to have one in my shower that was built in.
You’re amazing. I love to rewatch your videos and see how you mix metals and textures. I always think I have to keep it all builder style brushed nickel. But you have helped me think outside of the box. From my heart thank you!!! Plus this girl has a new compound mitre saw and Brad nailer. Can’t wait to Christmas when my wish list looks like a Home Depot store. 😊😊
You are so fearless. Just one idea for prep , when applying wallpaper/contact etc. just smooth one coat of joint compound let dry , prime and there will be no lumps, bumps , popcorn texture to deal with, especially when lights are flooding down that wall. It is so simple , inexpensive and no expertise required.
This is a wonderful channel to empower people to be sustainable and conscious of what they have and to push their boundaries of creativity. Another brilliant make over.
Omg I love the light fixture idea. I was stressing over how to try and change mine but now I think I’ll just try painting it first. Thanks for the ideas!!
Hi, I discovered your channel yesterday...oh my goodness, I have watched many an Ikea hack video, along with room makeovers...but, let me tell you, you are above and beyond the most accomplished, professional DIY'er I have ever seen. I am so happy that I found you. Those lights!!!! 😍😍😍😍...Hugs from England.
Fantastic job! You are my inspiration to get things done in my home. I now have more ideas to think about to improve my builder bathrooms. I’m working on painting and putting Board and Batten as an accent wall in my bedroom. My son is more excited about it then my husband! Lol! I know I can do it myself😉. Power- full baby!!! Thank you Natalee!!
I honestly can’t say this enough Natalee..you truly are an inspiration for women that anything is possible when it comes to tackling these amazing Reno’s..not only are your projects gorgeous but showing how even painting a light fixture makes a dramatic difference ❤️❤️❤️thank you for being such a joy to watch..love from Canada 🇨🇦 I am curious how long this reno took you to complete?
Apart from a beautiful make over, I was impressed with your handling of tools! Thanks for the tip on fixing the hole in the wall. The last guy that worked on my bathroom didn't do that.
Iv hung the wallpaper that you have to wet then hang I used a medium size kiddy pool accordion fded the paper , dunked it & carried it up a ladder , if I remember right I used a fairly large solid sponge to smooth it with.

Gorgeous makeover! The black really makes the room pop!
Είσαι η καλύτερη όλα όσα κάνεις είναι τέλεια μπράβο 👍👍👍👍👍🇬🇷
Fantastic job! You are my inspiration to get things done in my home. I now have more ideas to think about to improve my builder bathrooms. I’m working on painting and putting Board and Batten as an accent wall in my bedroom. My son is more excited about it then my husband! Lol! I know I can do it myself😉. Power- full baby!!! Thank you Natalee!!
Stunning! My vanity doors are identical & I will be using your fantastic shiplap idea. Simply beautiful. Very well done, NataLee.

Ohmygoodness....this is the exact footprint / Floorplan of our upstairs bathroom. I am so doing this!
WOW, what a georgeous bathroom makeover! I am not yet a DIY woman, but hope by watching you I can learn (in my 60s). Thank you! Subscribed :)
That looks so beautiful, everything is perfect, but the light fixture upgrading is genius!! Super creative!!
You nailed it again. You are such an incredible inspiration.
I really appreciate how you explain and show how to do all the tasks.
Apart from a beautiful make over, I was impressed with your handling of tools! Thanks for the tip on fixing the hole in the wall. The last guy that worked on my bathroom didn't do that.
Wowza, wowza, wowza......so gorgeous and beautiful!! Hail to the DIY Queen you rocked it and inspired all of us!! Cheers!!😁😆🙌🏽👍🏾🙌🏽👍🏾🥂🥂
This was great design and value. You worked it but thought about it,I am sure, carefully first. Thank you.
Iv hung the wallpaper that you have to wet then hang I used a medium size kiddy pool accordion fded the paper , dunked it & carried it up a ladder , if I remember right I used a fairly large solid sponge to smooth it with.
Another amazing transformation! I agree that the light fixture turned out stunning!
