I’m 31 years old with 4 businesses. I felt like shit, got my blood work done for the first time ever. I felt like shit, overweight. I’m 5’7 weighed 210lbs.
Thanks to Gary, it’s been 8 weeks so far I start my day at 6am cold showers then I go straight to the gym. I’m down 10lbs and I feel fucking amazing.
The longer it takes you to start, the longer you’ll feel like shit. Gary keep it up. I have my whole family on a routine now.

Wish you went into more details about your diet and workout program. Mentioned he did HIIT for the first 60 days. Was the next 60 days just lifting? Were you in a caloric deficit or surplus? Were you even counting macros at all? How did your weight change?

I wanna do this test and have a 1:1 with Gary because I’m so excited yet nervous about my health and I have tons is questions. I feel like I’d be a great advocate for women especially after kids and how our bodies go through it all. I’m so tired of doctors wanting to put us on meds for the level of anxiety we all go through. I want to do it the natural way. One day I woke up and just had to worst health anxiety ever and I just want to reassure myself and knock it all out. The Gary way is exactly how I wanna address it all
take some 5htp and L tyrosine and d3 at the same time . that will get your hormones right .
and if you wanna step it up
add a B complex and some alpha gpc with them .
it will relieve the anxiety.
Cold plunge is so addicting. I do it every morning the last month.

Gary, when you talk about liver, especially as it pertains to inflammation, are you just looking at ALT and AST or is there more to it? I wasn't sure if the kidney blood test you referenced correlates to liver function.
Gary....have you read the correlation of lack of vitamin c, proline and heart disease, heart attacks and cardiovascular disease a cardiologist discovered in the 40s and has been kept hidden. We don't get heart disease....it's a lifetime of chronic scurvy and can be treated easily. ?? Ty for what you do.
Any recommendations i had surgery in oct 19 astrodome malignant and radiation for 6 weeks radiation that finished 1-19 currently feeling tired and honestly felt better and normal while on radiation, any suggestions?thanks !! Take chemo as well but am off for a month

what got kyle healthy is eating in a calorie deficit, getting adequate sleep, and cutting back on the partying. it wasn’t the carbs, it wasn’t gary’s placebo pills and it wasn’t some all-natural regimen. let’s use some common sense here. a GFR above 60 is normal, elevated liver enzymes and alk phos are a result of kyles heavy drinking. that’s common in people who drink heavily. don’t even get me started on hydrogen water, what does that even mean? i think gary has a great message but he’s just another modern day snake oil salesman
True. I’m a physician also. Although physicians get a bad wrap today because of big pharma. But many doctors know the truth also. Gary is a salesman. 90% of the benefit comes from healthy food and exercise and avoiding toxins. Not the gimmick pills and treatments he sells for thousands of dollars.

I've been silently watching you on podcast and now your own pod, I signed up for the breath work live, I was perusing your website after, (also I've changed alot of bad habits I was doing and your changed that for me) I knew the gene testing was going to be pricey I new the echo water bottle was going to be pricey.....but NOT 600$ GENE TESTING AND 250$ ECHO BOTTLE it just really bums me out, I would never be able to afford that. I k ow you did we can do alot of stuff without needing all this money, and I've started grouding myself outside, I've been doing cold showers. But I can't get to the root of my problems either that gene testing being done. .. bummer. Love what your doing BTW! There is noone out there doing what your doing!
