If you got that lappy from San Antonio, call the computer tech support dept and ask to speak to Robert or Monica (only). Explain what you think happened (tell them the timestamp on your vid where you show the damage) direct their attention to all the other physical differences between what you won and what arrived, and then ask them for their help to correct the issue.
the screen seems to be replaceable. Just need to take off the bezel and look at the connector at the back. They seem to be pretty common so you can just take one from another laptop. I saved many laptops like that just taking screens from other non working laptops. There seem to be at least 3 types of common display connector these days that differ in size.
That's a good idea if you plan on using the laptop for more than a year and a half due to Windows 10 and a live coming unless you pay Microsoft more money for the security updates but then again it really shouldn't matter too much if you're going to be using Linux
Sorry they dropped your stuff and broke it. I ordered a pc recently because it had a pretty cool aluminum case. They waited about a week and cancelled my order with no explanation. Had to ask a few times, but they said they were unable to locate it. I guess if a pc shows up at your place with an old cooler master atc-201 aluminum case, lemme know lol.
They did a similar thing to me I did a buy now on a desktop computer I had it all paid for and they issued me a refund without telling me until I message them eight days later asking why it hadn't been mailed but they gave me no reason for the refund then they just reposted the item for sale for double the price
@@rohon4972 they've done that to me before as well. I bought an xbox lot with the original console and some games. One of the games was fairly rare, but I don't remember what it was now. They cancelled it and relisted it without the game. The excuse was that there were technical issues that prevented anyone from bidding. I'm like okay then how did I manage to bid, and why were there other bids besides mine. On ebay I once won an auction of like 4 dozen 1tb mechanical drives from a goodwill. It only went for 50 bucks lol and they cancelled it.
Is it touchscreen? I had one similar that was decent for old FB games and such that had some graphics it could be upgraded to 64GB ram. One is a wide-angle camera, and one is flash.
just to say if you actually know this person if i was you and your computer was not working properly don't ask him to look at it go to specialist please don't ask this hack i just watch one of his videos from a few years ago and well if you don't look up the specs then your wasting your time and money so if you do know him turn round go else where.
I'm not for sure I message them to see if needed to send it back and they just made a claim through FedEx it's been over a week and I haven't heard anything back but it says it could take 2 to 5 weeks I'd have been perfectly fine with just sending it back
I am not watching this as I don't need to know everything about this laptop explained to me as I am a child by a child who thinks he's a computer technician when he's a hack cannot even build 😔 a computer out of used parts so get off hack.

I was thinking the same thing I just need to go and look at the other laptop I have
I've been thinking about getting me a non-gaming laptop to mess with Linux on. 8th gen will be the oldest I will go probably.
