That terrible that you got stuck on truckee, but you are home now and the adventures begin. We thank you so much for the shout out. And can't what to order some java. Be safe, be profitable, an be happy!!
Typically if a vehicle is being worked on in a shop then they can hold it if the customer refuses to pay. Taking your tire because they wanted to scam you an extra $100 is definitely stealing. I'd suggest people avoid Sharma's Fleet Service.
Years ago on my last day with a company, they were trying to get me back to the main terminal and didn't have any flatbed loads going that way, so they had me drop my flatbed at one of their customers lot and grab a pre-loaded trlr of wood chips that they haul and bring up to the main terminal. Unfortunately, they neglected to tell me that those pre-loaded trlrs were pulled by locals that are permitted for 90,000 so you can imagine my luck on my last day... 3 hrs later I end up with 1800.00 fine for over gross, over axle, over bridge...
I was driving for owner operator down in Laredo, and I was going to New Jersey every week and back. Well one time my truck got broke down over there and my boss told me to call mechanic companies for the tow and repair, and I got three different quotes for my boss. Well my boss is used to getting the trucks repaired and Laredo which is a lot cheaper then New Jersey is, so he ended up getting on the phone with two of the companies and started arguing and bickering back and forth over the price because it wasn't what he was used to down in Texas, and the company put his company on the do not service list l.. for ever. The last company was our only choice other than paying a few hundred bucks more to get somebody from out the city. So my boss does the same shit with that company and they ended up settling a price only because the company felt bad for me because I talk to them after we got banned from the other companies and before my boss called. When the mechanic got there he told me that that was going to be the last time that they service his company. Mind you, he had two trucks at the time with a strictly dedicated New Jersey Route. He fucked himself and now doesn't have any repair companies to go to if one of his trucks get stuck in New Jersey. Attitude is everything, and so is logic.
To Thomas The Trucker It’s always easy for drivers to judge owners of their companies. Drivers have to realize that trucking business has very small margins, so expensive repairs can eat profits very quickly. Repairs at the border states down south are cheaper because labor is cheaper for various reasons (taxes, migrant workers etc.) I try to do my own repairs but sometimes it is too much for one person on the road.
What you explained is one thing, refusing service because of attitude is very understandable, what happened here is inexcusable on the mechanics part, agreeing on one price and changing it because your feelings are hurt is complete bull shit. Just do the job and never service that company again, that simple. But stealing a tire that costs several hundred dollars, possibly thousands, and then forcing the driver (whom you have no beef with) to pay out of his own pocket to get the tire back is extortion. If I was him, I wouldn’t be paying shit.
You made it back it one piece. That's what matters. Good luck on your next endeavours! Keep us posted. Your trucking career is in the rear view mirror but the vlogging should never stop. You're good at it bro!!!
Such a pleasure to watch your videos Vasiliy, I will certainly miss following your travels throughout the United States. Your attitude towards everything is very positive and I guess that's why you have a good relationship with your Boss and the dispatchers, that goes a long way these day's especially in the transport industry, I'd employ you in a heartbeat down here in New Zealand my friend. All the very best to you and your brother Maksim in your new endeavors with the Coffee Roasting and I will most certainly be following your future vlogs, San Diego is such a beautiful part of your country so I can only imagine what your videos will be like especially with the use of a Drone. Take care and be safe over there Vasiliy and you have a wonderful day mate. Kind Regards, Alistair Bentley ~ Rotorua, New Zealand.
Just finished up a month of touring CA, spent the last 3 days in SD and I see why you love it there. Wish you and Maksim all the best in your new endeavors. Already saw his vlog with the tree. Cool!!!
If it's the worst day than at least you know the days following it will be better! I'm glad you're still here to worry about it and didn't have an unfortunate tumble off a cliffside! Those moments where you almost die/get seriously you sit back and it takes a moment to realize how serious it could've been. I'm glad you got home safe and I can't wait to see your coffee blogs!
This might sound strange, but I think that was one of your best videos because it captured a lot in its content. There were so many things happening at once and yet you still were able to put it together in a video. That is not an easy thing to do. At one moment I was shaking my head in disbelief while laughing at the same time. I know your future videos will be of good quality too. Thanks for spending so much time sharing with us. God-speed on your new journey.
Best of luck. Your video was recommended and what a first episode for me, last trucking video for you. You are an open and honest guy in this video, it was addictive.
I’ve just subscribed and to be honest, watching 2 videos of you trucking and then this video of you moving onto another career choice is exciting for me to be apart of. looking forward to watching your videos, very inspiring.
I've watched many of your trucking videos. I admire your work ethic and your ability to stay calm and collected while facing the frustrations and aggravations that go along with this job. If the trucking industry would treat people better (trucking companies. shippers, receivers) and increase the compensation for the work and sacrifice drivers face every day there would not be a shortage of high quality drivers, such as yourself. Best of luck in your new business and as a coffee aficionado I will buy your brand when I can find it.
Nah. You can't go out like that. You need a big finish! For real, that was one of your greatest clips ever. Not because you had a bad day, but because of how you handle things. I know I can't speak for everyone, but that's the inspiration you have given me all along. Driving a truck has been in my past for a while now, yet something still made me find you and follow your videos. It's not about what you do in life. It doesn't matter if you drive a truck or roast coffee beans, it's about how you deal with life that matters and you have the right attitude. Thanks for being a good example for me and others.
Vasiliy, Your trucking vlogs were very articulate and interesting. Your a great story teller. Kept my attention throughout the entire videos. Appreciate the work you do and good luck on your next venture!
This is insane, props for keeping your cool cause I would have lost my mind. Glad you're safe, you have angels that saved you. Still can't believe this happened.
I've ran a trucking company. I've replaced plenty of wheel seals. Before I really got started, out shop had a truck loose a front tire on the road after rapid oil loss. It was amazing that driver never flipped and somehow got the truck to the side of the road skidding on the spindle. Anyhow, it was a lesson on following the Stemco wheel hub specs and using good seals, never had an issue since. Your right, trucking i random and seldom is it randomly a positive situation.
God was looking after you this day. God Bless Vasiliy. We love you Vasiliy and are looking forward to your new adventures. Much good fortune. Thank you for all the fun you gave us on the road.
Wow, that was a bad day! Glad you got through it ok..way to go. You never got mad, I don't know if I could have handled it that well. I probably would have went off on that guy.proud of you my man.. Glad you got home safe.. thanks for sharing!
Bad deal with the wheel but glad you got back on the road! Best of luck to you in your next adventure! Your voice at the end of your vlog says it all that you are passionate about your next endeavor! Best of luck to you!
Ohhh, darn! I was looking forward to more trucking video’s. Your last trucking video, my first time seeing this channel. Hope your doing well. Do you have a new UA-cam channel yet? thanks for sharing!
Good luck with your new adventure my friend. I'm an ex trucker myself, I actually quit trucking 4 times along the way, but always came back. Now I drive a shuttle in Zion National Park. Great channel and I wish you and your brother the best. New subscriber here. Thanks!!!!
I remember finding your channel on a night I was supposed to be studying for; was going to have a Big test. Got a C but no lie, I binged watched your channel and can't wait to see your new adventure. Best of luck dude! 😎👍
Thank God you're safe😭🤗 You're certainly being watched over and ment to carry on to bigger and better adventures and with your positive outlook your going to do great things!
WOW! That was a 'Swift" day for sure. My son has had 9 mos of those days. I am so grateful for that inspection and that you got home safely. Have fantastice ( but safe) adventures.
I’m so proud for you and your new venture with your brother. I would like to say I have enjoyed all of your vlogs and most of all how you don’t curse in any of them even after this horrible experience. I wish some of the other would take note on how to vlog without curse like a thug. Their vlogs could be very good if they would just keep their mouth shut. Maybe just play some music Lol. keep up the good work and I pray you and your brother succeed to the moon and back.
what is with the Converters(dollies) loosing wheel hubs? I had a converter do the same thing. On a line haul trip, I pulled into the dock and my dock guys came running out to the set. They where never that happy to see me lol. Come to find out I had a hub seal go out, the Hub caught on fire. I got lucky that it must of happened, the axle had only moved an inch or two.
I hate DOT but the ky scale east bound towards shelbyville put me OOS...behind a tire rod end...and it was first time i was ever grateful for an inspection...on visual inspection you couldn’t tell but moving the steering column really hard u could see boot was busted and it was bone dry...random but was kinda happy for it
Good on you for following your dreams Vasiliy! I've been watching a lot of your videos but haven't been able to comment until just now. Good luck with your coffee venture and I hope it provides like you're hoping it will. I'll keep watching! Bless you and yours!
Good luck to you!! Can't go wrong doing something you love and following your dream. Can't wait to see the upcoming videos to see where your adventure goes.
Happy you made it back to Sacramento safely, really going miss your trucking vlogs but at the same time really looking forward to you coffee vlogs especially since we all seen the passion you have for it so it'll be great to see the transitioning of your new business goodluck vasily and I know you'll do great!
Wow what a last day. Trucking just didn’t want to let you go! I’m glad everything was okay, sucks you had to wait so long though! I’m excited to watch your coffee vlogs!
I know im late with this but with the way class 6, 7 and 8 vehicle air brakes works is that the rear axle brakes are applied first, then after the pedal reaches 50% the front brakes are applied. It's like this because in the event that you are hitting your brakes and you lock the wheels you will still be able to steer the truck because only the rear brakes are locking and not the front. But all truck drivers should know that when descending a hill you should keep your jake brake on, gear down, and use the retarder on the transmission if needed. Now as far as the hub seal you are screwed no matter what. A wheel end fire is the most dangerous fire on a big truck and is not easily put out. Any mechanic that knows what he or she is doing would be able to replace hub seals in a little over an hour or so.
Glad everything worked out. I can not say what I would have done in that situation. I can not wait for your new video's of your new adventure. God Bless you and your brother.
That happened to my dad who was driving doubles only it was his steer tire, when the tow truck driver lifted the front of his tractor, the wheel literally fell off. Everyone was amazed he kept it on the road and didn’t wreck out.
Also just watched more of the video and that’s bull shit, an extra $100 just because the mechanic’s feeling got hurt, I wouldn’t pay either plus, unless I’m misunderstanding something, he took off with a wheel and tire that didn’t belong to him?!? If I was your boss I’d be suing the shit out of that guy.
hank scorpio what does that have to do with anything? Theft is theft, it’s not legalized just because it happened at a weigh station. It was a PRIVATE company and the STOLE a tire that didn’t belong to them. The fact it happened at a weigh station literally means nothing...except the fact he’s not stranded on the side of the highway, at least he was in a parking lot.
You have those day's that all lights are red. All goes wrong. But that day is over now. Let the party begin. Good to hear you say that you will always go back to your boss. That's a good sign. Well done!
The drama of maintenance is what drains me out the most. I work on planes and it's the same shit. The mechanic should not have changed the price, but dealing with penny pinching, angry owners that are losing money every hour it's down really makes you want to say bye bye because you know they need you, despite how awfully they treat you.
The truck breaking down might have been a sign that your doing the right thing getting out of trucking... gonna miss your trucking vlogs dude, but im still gonna keep watchin!
Sorry what its happening to you, something similar happens to me and it was my last load with that company too, I'm glad you make it home safe, take care and I really wish you all the best with your new adventure
Certainly a downer of a last day. I enjoy your videos and I am looking forward to Vasiliy chapter 2. If you can make a living doing something you really enjoy and it pays enough to live on or more, then you are way ahead of so many other people. I wish you and your brother the greatest of success in the coffee biz. Cheers.
I watched a ton of your vids cause your real, there funny, a great learning tool and you seem a honest Joe, but watch the last one , WOW, Man o man last day hell, glad it worked out, be safe and see where that coffee take you and your brother, good luck
Gotta love trucking and bosses. I got 3 violation notices this week from higher ups that sit in an office because of things I couldn't control. These ELOGS drive me nuts at times.
Just a question why new brakes when all you needed was a wheel seal. That’s an easy fix. Pls tell me they put new brakes on the other side as well because if not that is going to mess with your brakes
I think you'll keep all your subs. Truckers and coffee go together like tortillas and chips, like white on rice, like batman and Robin. You know what I'm talking about brodiezel
Vasiliy you know better than that. It all starts with a pre trip inspection. No oil on the drums and shoes. Safety comes first. Be safe on your last trip to home.
Hang in there, leave the job, work done, if it takes longer so be it. life is all about exceptions, be glad you are ok, and on to a new career. best of luck in your new career.
Finding 80W90 oil all over the inside of a steer wheel is never a pleasant experience. But here's a joke to take your mind off it. Perry the Penguin felt something weird with his tractor so he pulled it into the nearest shop. He was greeted by the owner, Wally the Walrus. After Wally took the tractor off to his shop, Perry decided to go find something to do and hit up the Truck stop next door. A few hours later Perry returns to find his tractor sitting outside and Wally was waiting for him. As Perry approached Wally says, "Looks like you blew a seal." Perry looked down at his shirt and says, "Naw, that's just vanilla ice creme." buh-dum-tiss!!
I used to be self-employed trucker back in the late 90s (2000 to be exact!!). It was beautiful!!!, the good-old Paper log books!!!👍 As in driving for 10 hours, off 8. Then drive another 6 hours!!!!!!👍👍👍 Now these days it's a nightmare to be a truck driver especially self-employed!!!
If the mechanic misquoted the price that's his problem not yours or your bosses. Legally they can't just take the tire and rim like that. It's their fault they got the wrong part and had to go get a different one. This is such bullshit. Honestly you should NOT have let them take a part of your truck like that!
Wow Vasiliy, how lucky are you??!! Fancy getting inspected on the one day you were going to be in danger - obviously the Universe wants you to make it safely into coffeeland ! No need to freak out - just be thankful and learn the patience lesson you're getting. I guess the message is that you need to keep an eye on the little things in your next venture and get things in writing and/or on film!
I lost over 25# due to stress and trucking and came extremely close to having overweight fine, but other truck was on scale so I got the green light lane.
Ill say getting out of the trucking industry is about the best think you can/will do for yourself. I gave it up shortly after my pops past 8 yrs ago. I drove 5 yrs now i hope my little nephew doesnt pick it up. Id prefer this family gets away from trucks. Thanks for your vids n good luck w the new jerney.
I worked for swift in 03 for six months the truck they gave me the transmission literally disintegrated one mile from my delivery in Pennsylvania, I was stuck in a motel for two days until I got a bus ticket to the pensylvania depot. I sat there for two more days till I got another truck. It was a piece of shit truck I walked away later that month. No regrets and would never do it again.
That was crazy with your truck I would have been losing my top but it's find you so move on glad I finally made it out of there in your arms are your new endeavor can't wait to see what happens next good luck bud
I cannot tell you how many times I’ve been screwed over because either I did something dumb and blew a flat or an act of “god” occurred and I was down when I was headed home and within reach. Glad you made it home, sounds like the mechanic was having a bad day with your boss though
Hub oil is important for the main reason is it totally lubricates your bearings and the brakes would smoke that oil off them no worries there you probably wouldn't even notice the oil burning off the brake shoes there so much friction it drys them brakes up quick
So sorry your last day was so crazy. But very true about trucking, I always say Expect the Unexpected because it will happen. We experienced a busted seal & in a small town area. Took us 2 days to get repairs & going again. Looking forward to your coffee adventures. Love coffee. ❤😎
So glad you're home brother. Thanks for the shout out. Let the fun begin.! 🤗
Buttermilk needs a shout out. Lol
Maksim Agiy y’all lookin weird 😂😂
Maksim Agiy so the Inspector quite possibly saved your life.
Maksim Agiy the best way
I'm from the future...This is not your last trip ever

If only everyone could charge $100 for having an attitude. Keep your head up! Good luck!
when you have them bent over a rail
So that "mechanic" turned thief real fast.
Ur truck is saying "u ain't leaving me!" LMAO

Now as far as the hub seal you are screwed no matter what. A wheel end fire is the most dangerous fire on a big truck and is not easily put out. Any mechanic that knows what he or she is doing would be able to replace hub seals in a little over an hour or so.
Sounds like a proper send off man. Trucking is like that. Full of surprises. Good luck on your new venture.
Hah yeah you're right, thanks!
Yeah that was definitely an unprofessional exchange! I'm not really sure how my boss ended up resolving that whole scenario
Vasiliy Agiy the important thing is that you still had enough hours to make it home despite his little tantrum.
hank scorpio what does that have to do with anything? Theft is theft, it’s not legalized just because it happened at a weigh station. It was a PRIVATE company and the STOLE a tire that didn’t belong to them. The fact it happened at a weigh station literally means nothing...except the fact he’s not stranded on the side of the highway, at least he was in a parking lot.
You have those day's that all lights are red. All goes wrong. But that day is over now. Let the party begin.
Good to hear you say that you will always go back to your boss. That's a good sign. Well done!
You’re editing is by far the best out of every trucking channel. K bye gonna miss truck vlogs
The drama of maintenance is what drains me out the most. I work on planes and it's the same shit. The mechanic should not have changed the price, but dealing with penny pinching, angry owners that are losing money every hour it's down really makes you want to say bye bye because you know they need you, despite how awfully they treat you.
Best of luck,Vasiliy and Maksim,Im sure you guys are gonna be great at it,And go straight to the top.
Thank you very much!
The truck breaking down might have been a sign that your doing the right thing getting out of trucking... gonna miss your trucking vlogs dude, but im still gonna keep watchin!
You deserve nothing but success from here on out!!!
Sorry what its happening to you, something similar happens to me and it was my last load with that company too, I'm glad you make it home safe, take care and I really wish you all the best with your new adventure
Yeah it wasn't a pleasant day, but thank you!
Nevada proud :) glad you came around
Certainly a downer of a last day. I enjoy your videos and I am looking forward to Vasiliy chapter 2. If you can make a living doing something you really enjoy and it pays enough to live on or more, then you are way ahead of so many other people. I wish you and your brother the greatest of success in the coffee biz. Cheers.
Appreciate the support Connor thank you!
What a crazy vlog. Glad you got inspected and nothing bad happened to you. Keep up with the great vlogs!
Yeah I'm glad they discovered the problem, thank you!
I watched a ton of your vids cause your real, there funny, a great learning tool and you seem a honest Joe, but watch the last one , WOW, Man o man last day hell, glad it worked out, be safe and see where that coffee take you and your brother, good luck
Thank you I appreciate the nice words!
Glad you made it back safe! Way to keep the positive attitude through it all. Now let the real business at hand begin!
Yes thank you!
Gotta love trucking and bosses. I got 3 violation notices this week from higher ups that sit in an office because of things I couldn't control. These ELOGS drive me nuts at times.
Good luck in your next endeavor. Don’t stop the videos
Hah I hope so, thank you!
Good luck with your new career adventure hope seeing lot more videos now that you got more time on your hand
Thank you for sharing! Only the best towards your new venture!
Vasiliy you know better than that.
It all starts with a pre trip inspection.
No oil on the drums and shoes.
Safety comes first.
Be safe on your last trip to home.
Watched since will gave you a shout out can’t wait for your next chapter to start, Well done from a coffee lover to.
Good for you! Good luck with your new career looking forward to you'r new videos .
Hang in there, leave the job, work done, if it takes longer so be it. life is all about exceptions, be glad you are ok, and on to a new career. best of luck in your new career.

On to the new chapter! Can't wait for the new vlogs! I love coffee!
Thanks for your adventures Vasiliy. I enjoyed them all. Good luck with the roasting adventure also!!
Thank you for following along!
As Perry approached Wally says, "Looks like you blew a seal."
Perry looked down at his shirt and says, "Naw, that's just vanilla ice creme."
buh-dum-tiss!!
Excited about your new business venture! I'm from San Diego so I will check out your shop!
I got hustled on I80 in a blizzard near Truckee by a tow company once. Seems like a bad stretch of road for highway thieves.
Checking that was part of our CDL Classes, but look at the bright side, it was found before Truckee.
God Bless You...! You will succeed in your next chapter. The best for you and your brother...
Coffee sounds like an amazing field of work idk much about it hope to learn something soon by watching your awsome videos. Keep up the good work
I worked for swift in 03 for six months the truck they gave me the transmission literally disintegrated one mile from my delivery in Pennsylvania, I was stuck in a motel for two days until I got a bus ticket to the pensylvania depot.
Thanks for the supports I appreciate it :)
I cannot tell you how many times I’ve been screwed over because either I did something dumb and blew a flat or an act of “god” occurred and I was down when I was headed home and within reach. Glad you made it home, sounds like the mechanic was having a bad day with your boss though
Vasily; I am totally going to miss your trucking blogs. I hope to Catch you in the future. Good luck.
I hope to make the coffee vlogs even better, thanks!
Boy oh boy, only in trucking can you encounter this amount of bs all in the same day. Good luck bro.
What a nightmare! Best of luck in the coming months, starting a business is hard but so worth it!
I think I'm up for the challenge :) Thank you!
Scottie, in that video it looked as if your front tires had slave cylinders. Are the fronts hydraulic?
