With a lot of similarities, there are two main differences- the backpanel, and hpbelt pockets. The Eja has a suspended mesh backpanel for more breathability but no hipbelt pockets. The Amber has a foam backpanel, but does have hipbelt pockets. So it depends if you prefer the mesh backpanel, or hipbelt pockets!
You're welcome! The larger Jade models (53/63L) are better suited for multi-day hikes and the tensioned-mesh backpanel on the Jade will probably ventilate better than the Amber. The Amber 44 could work on multi-day hikes, but the pack load would have to be on the lighter side. Overall, the Amber is designed for shorter trips than the Jade. Thanks for watching!
