NYO at the BBC Proms: Through the Years

The BBC Proms and NYO have a long history together. 2017 marked NYO’s 50th performance at the BBC Proms since its debut in 1955 with Sir Adrian Boult. Since then, NYO has returned to the festival with some of the world’s greatest conductors and here is what some of them had to say about their experiences and why the orchestra is so special.
