Very interesting, could you do a general athleticism tier list please ? Would be even more interesting than the Explosiveness one (there's one in your channel but it's about players). Thanks for your work !
Strengthen your tobialis muscle and stop landing in front of your center of mass you should be striking under your hips otherwise you will crash and put a lot of stress on the tibialis
@@boopypoots2538 ive been doing this for a while now but whenever i come back and do reactive jumps kinda thing my shin hurts again. but i recently sprained my ankle so i will rest for a prolonged amount of time and when i jump again i hope my shin doesnt hurt anymore

Awesome I’ll try it out
@@justjumariGreat, I'll look forward to it!
Thanks for the data and ideas man. I have learned from you a lot. Keep going!
Just for the record. I am here mainly for jumping and quickness.
Bro I was at .96 10m fly before I got hella sick. Now I can't even jog. Just walked 2 days ago for the first time in a week.
That’s okay you probably won’t lose too much speed but keep grinding
Yeah I was sick for like a week and a half you will be fine take your vitamins drink water and you will barely lose speed
Covid?
When you bound, if the Ground contact and heel to toe push off, or just land on balls of feet and try to bound again
Can I do a sled push with the punching as an emphasis?
Also I am a good 1 foot jumper, how do I do the drops to get better at 2 feet?
How to get rid of shin splints
Do some tibia raises and rest. It will help you absorb the force from the ground better to prevent shinsplints

@@Messup7654 I've been training my tibialis raise til it burns but my shin splints always come back.

make a video on periodization
I might it’s kinda a topic that’s pretty pointless for most athletes to learn
I’m 12 and run a 14.79 100m what is the best way to get to 13 seconds in at least 2 months fyi I’m only 4 foot 7
Do jump squats and sprint
@@venomrratedthanks
4'7 at 12??? That's pretty short but impressive none the less to be able to run 14.79
@@Caleb.lm2I just pr at a meet and got 14.39
