The first two Disney shows broadcasted in Russia on "Walt Disney presents" were Duck Tales and Chip & Dale (1991). Darkwing Duck, Talespin, Pooh, Gummies, etc came in later years.
One of the official Darkwing Duck comic books (the adaptation of "Darkly Dawns the Duck", I think) had an editorial segment written by someone involved in creating the show. They stated that, once he became established as a hero, Darkwing was paid by SHUSH for going on missions as well as for field testing new gadgets they had created. Actually there is a fact you missed that I would love to know if it has been added to Disney + or not When DW debuted the 2 part pilot Darkly Dawns the Duck contained several extra scenes throughout both part 1 and part 2....however like many shows specials and even movies once the series started reairing these segments were cut for time constraints or possibly censored (though I think that applies more to episodes of Ducktales MLP and other shows)... When the series finally came to DVD fans discovered these extra scenes were NOT included and the episode was still as cut as it was on TV...which is easy to spot for many other DVD releases since some if not all episodes show the Toon Disney logo in the lower corner...the only was to get the complete pilot is to buy the VHS and since VCRs are no longer being produced this option is quickly growing obsolete So my question since I haven't subscribed and still need time to decide is are the first episodes cut or have they FINALLY given us the ENTIRE episode like many of us saw when the series debuted in the 90's?

Or scrooge lost a bet with McDonald's and is now McDonald's property
Hot Spells was a good episode. I just watched it online when I was rewatching this show not long ago.
I remember an episode where they gather a team, like the JL. And Negaduck gather a team of evil guys too. They confronted, of course. And in other episode they made a parody about mutants, with a concret pig and a rubber chicken, I think.
