THATS MY GRANDPA!!!! 🥳 #1 favorite yard
Awesome! He has an amazing place!
Yep! A bit crazy but the results are beautiful.
Man that Baldsmith is absolutely insane🔥. A lot of time and effort has been put into this beautiful cultivar🤩. That Red sparkler looks super good! A very nice Top 5 and thanks to MrMaple for sharing this beautiful garden with us all! #japanesemaples #MapleMafia❤️🍁🔥!
Much appreciated
5) Red Sparkler, 4) Jeddeloh Orange,...what a fabulous garden...3) Geisha Gone Wild 2) Autumn Moon...water flowing sounds with a Koi Pond...#1) a beautifully pruned Baldsmith. Nice garden, Dan ! 🤩👍🍁
One word to describe this garden WOW!
It’s outrageous! Walkthough coming Wednesday
Lace-leaf are not my preferred maple, but that Baldsmith has blown on socks off.
That garden is simply stunning with impeccable pot selections.
There is always one that moves us for sure
This guy's garden is amazing.
Top 5 is one of my favorite segments on your show. Maples and people y’all.
Wow. That Baldsmith at the very end is the most beautiful specimen of a Japanese Maple I’ve ever seen. Pruning technique is amazing!!!
Couldn't agree more!
Dans got some beauties! That Baldsmith is a stunner!
Great top 5. Beautiful garden!
Beautiful garden
Exquisite garden! So much love and thought and work in that fabulous garden.
Giesha Gone Wild/ Shiraz will not give you the rich pink in the spring in the South; it tends to be a bit more towards orange--not unpleasant but not as vibrant as in cool spring temps.
Mine does constantly but this is in fall color
Beautiful!
Amazing, thank you for sharing!
Our pleasure!
Wow Dan sure does have an eye for pruning and then the koi pond in the middle is icing on the cake
Outstanding place!
What a beautiful garden. And what can i say about the baldsmith 😍 love the movement! Great picks Dan!!
Full walkthrough of the garden this Wednesday!
@@MrMapleShow Excited to see it! Can't wait 😊
@@MrMapleShow Was hoping for this!
How old is that Baldsmith? It looks great!
I’m guessing the Baldsmith is nearly 25 years old.
If I could do it again, I would have put it in a location with a little more room, but we don’t have many of those spots in our postage stamp size yard.
The tree does an outstanding job of giving me many beautiful pruning options.
@@DanEverts outstanding!
Beautiful garden and trees! Thank you for sharing. I may have missed this but can you tell me the age of the Geisha Gone Wild, please?
Good question! I’ll have to ask Dan
I would guess the pot keeps it smaller but that seems like a 6-8 year size to me
The geisha gone wild is probably about 12 years old. It’s always been in a container and probably root pruned about five years ago.
It was quite privileged to have Talon Buchholz viewing one of his creations.
We were so honored that the Maple Society visited our garden.
Does Dan have an IG?
I don’t think so. He is on FB
I just do Facebook on occasion.
If you ever visit the Pacific Northwest, I could arrange a Garden visit.
@@DanEverts hopefully someday!
