I was looking for a 350. Found a 370 slightly over budget but super clean. No regrets. I absolutely love it. After not really knowing the difference I am glad I upped the budget and went with the 370.
As a person who just bought one from FB marketplace, spend the extra money on a lower mileage one if you plan to daily it. Got mine for 8k with 110000 miles
Got my 04 350z 10 years ago. Actually, 80k miles. Touching woods, she didn't have any of those listed issues (i keep an eye). But experienced others like power windows or engine fans
Thanks for the video, had no idea there was so much issues with these. Fortunately, mine is not too bad and just sits in the garage now since I took up cycling. 2008 hr enthusiastic model No mods except aftermarket big brake kit 95k miles Manual transmission San Marino blue pearl color Original owner 2 fender bender so replaced bumper, no body or frame damage Thought about selling it but I love the car and people will probably not pay what I would expect
I love that color! I have same exact model I bought it with 43k miles all stock 6mt mint one owner before me and i baby it for the most part. Im at 77k miles now 16months later😅
Great information bro thank you so much. I found a three 5010 grand it’s got 70,000 miles and it drives like a dream might be getting it. It’s really clean one car owner. I’m gonna check all those things you advised of thank you man big time.
I recently bought a 350z and gosh it’s been a nightmare slightly! 64k original miles but it Had an automatic pilot bushing In it I replaced the pilot bushing with a manual with z1 clutch kit with throw out and pressure plate resurfaced. Got the flywheel resurfaced and the “throw out bearing noise” I thought I had still was present. And I’m pretty sure it’s my input shaft bearing due to a lot of play on the input shaft so trans needs to come out and apart! On top of that it’s missing hardware on radiator support and bash bar. I got this car for 4700 and it’s got z1 suspension goodies, bc racing coils, volk racing 2 piece wheels, cold air intake upgraded dif bushings and cover, ect… So I got my moneys worth just a big project!
Nice, good to know stuff. I noticed you didn't mention any commen possible electrical issues. Anything that might set engine light,or abs ot track control, slip. Sensory system.
Lluckily my rev up has good oil pressure. However, I may still have another motor put in at some point. And oddly enough, my 5th gear feels a little clicky but only cold and at low rpm. Warmed up uts not an issue, and even cold if i rev 4th past 2500 its not an issue.
I want to say Im yall biggest fan since 2006 my high school years.since myspace was a thing.Since yall was working out yall family barn yard if i can recall when forms where your car groups 😂
I have differential bushing problem, airbag light issue and currently have clutch throw out bearing noise lol. I’ve purchased mine a month ago with 102.000 km on it. 2005 DE manual. As well as rear wheel bearing issues. Hot idle is 600-700 rpm with 14-15 psi oil pressure. I’ve done oil change, wheel bearing replacement so far. Next is spark plugs, diff and transmission oil as well as coil packs
The A-Pillars trims tend to fall apart after windshield replacements. Had mine fly off and almost hit another car before I realized how bad it got. Brand new they’re like $700 a piece, Clips are cheap ish though.
I just got my windshield replaced a month ago in the shop called me and told me they started breaking I found some carbon fiber ones for close to 700 for both of them. I think I'm going to go with those because I'm going to do my top black as well
Have owned 2 manual 350z’s loved them, especially the sound. My current 350z is an automatic and it makes everyday driving just so much easier , thought I wouldn’t like it , but I have really warmed to it .😊
I have an automatic Z. I very rarely will put it into manual mode. I live in a city with a lot of traffic and the automatics sound great and the Transmissions are bulletproof
I'm still on the hunt in north Georgia for a red slick top g35... If anyone can help 😅 when they came out it was the Japanese m3. Now I know vq jokes but I still think theya re fantastic.
why in the fucking world does this video not start with piston ring issues? you took all the small useless problems instead of anything that would actually help someone purchasing a car.
Why would they prioritize the revup from 05-06? That's the only one where they screwed up with low tension rings, blowby in droves and subsequent head gasket issues. Revups are a no-go in general.

If you're riding through the parking lot and it sounds like someone is drumming in the trunk, you need the shock bushings in the rear knuckle.
Oh dang you might be onto something with this 😂

Get the SIKKY aluminum diff bushing set. You install once and never have to worry about this issue again.
Has anyone ever owned a G35 sedan with a timing belt instead of a chain? Looks like quality work was done to it, but I have never seen that before.
My HR just hit 80k miles, can we get a video on what should want to change one you hit that 75k mile area
from another video regarding 100km...
brakes, oil, filters, timing chain, water pump
What causes engine to burn on 350z de engine and is there a solution? Alot of confusion 😕
Well I'm 4 months late My shitshow of a Z has most of these problems 😂

Is Auto 350z worth it ? Is the transmission to weak to mod ?
Auto ones are really fun in manual mode
@@Axe_z33 Will I have to upgrade the stock trans? Aint it the same w/ G35 ?

I'd say "all the rubber" bushings need to go 30k+

The piston ring issues can be the fact of the oil change in time?! 🤔
@@TGR972 Let's be honest, you think people who own these actually do that?
