      Yea thats the bike park at sfu. Sucks that they’re taking it down though, its got some of the best jumps near me.

    To be honest, i reckon sui no handers are easier to do than toboggans. probably more risky and scary but much easier regarding body position etc..

    I turn my bars accidentally every time I jump....how do I fix this

      Don't pull on your bars to jump, use your weight

      If you pull it'll cause your to pull unevenly on your bars causing a bar turn basically

      The number one because of this is you not relaxing in the air and going all stiff. When you are approaching the jump just keep telling yourself to relax in the air and it will help👍

    It's great how much that jump park can help your skills, I know it's made me more confident on thinner tables. Still haven't done the big set but that medium set is juuuuust right

    Tire grabs are easier than tobbogans (at least for me) and it gets you comfortable with taking your hand off for longer

    When I send the one footer, should I take all my weight off my pedals and keep the cranks level, or let my foot that is still on push the cranks down?

    Good video, we’re is that jump line? I live in the North Vancouver and I am trying to find a place I can learn to jump please we’re is it , I find it hard to learn on the North Shore trails, there only few trails I have found that have jumps and trails that are within my skill level.

      I know!! I think it’s because I kind of throw the bike forwards and catch the seat. So it’s only a split second my hand isn’t in contact with something.

      Maybe you already resolved this but I had the same problem some years ago.
      I always believed that riding shoes were "excessive" and just went with regular sneakers but then I saw a pair of Five Tens on sale I thought "what the heck, i'll try it".
      That paired with some flat wide spikey stamps was like a whole new world, not just in the air but in berms, terrain and pedaling in general.

    When I try tbogs I can't turn the bars is that because I take my hand off first and try turn them with 1 of my hands.

      No you’re supposed to turn the bars after you take your hand off. Try dipping the bike forward
