- Mason Lowe passed away Jan 15, 2019 during the pbr event at the Denver Coliseum doing something he loved to do. When he got bucked off the bull the bull stepped on his chest sadly he passed away. R.I.P Mason you will be missed
To be labeled a cowboy is not a label you give yourself, it is a title to be earned, one cannot identify them self as a cowboy or a cowgirl, one must earn that title. Real cowboys or cowgirls consider the title to be an honor and will most likely say they are are still working on earning that title from their piers. To be considered a cowboy or cowgirl by your cowboy/cowgirl hero is the ultimate reward.
Dam straight
And they are proud to bear that title .....and never ashamed
@@anthonycrum9200 My brother was a professional bull dogger. At age 45 he went into a Denver hospital for knee surgery to prolong his career. Seventeen hours after a successful surgery, he was given the wrong medication and he was brain dead in 15 minutes. They put him on life support for five days but he did not survive. The hospital offered us a settlement if we would sigh a gag order promising to never tell anyone what happened, we declined the settlement. I can say first hand my brother was a real cowboy and although his was a short life he truly had a good ride.

I knew Mason personally
What was the name of the bull that killed him, May God Bless his Family and his young wife.
USDA estimated last year that there are roughly a million cowboys employed on ranches in the US. 3000 isnt quite right. I feel like i know almost that many. Mason damn sure was one of them either way
Can someone tell me who to talk to....so that I can get started........been looking to start and need help
Find a rodeo school or weekend bull riding school in your area people put them on all over the country. Google it
