People are crazy this is a natural occurrence with Texas it’s unfortunate that this happened in July but it’s normal. It has nothing to do with voting or democrats vs republicans. Stop whining and move if you don’t like hurricanes because they keep coming here.
I hope they restore your power, life is MISERABLE without it! There are charge up stations open and people are giving out water all around Houston too….
@@allentarver6286oh the generators........ That's right. Almost forgot about those. They are a dime a dozen. 10 bucks a piece. I'll take two of them. Yeah, sure thing buddy....
Im just gonna say, when this happened in mexico a category 5 hit acapulco 8 months ago, all city had no power the city was destroyed and it looked like a war zone, the power cables poles got destroyed. 12,000 of them power poles destroyed. The next day mexican president sended the whole army and experts to fix the power in acapulco. Helicopters and trucks came with new power poles below them, By the first 10 days afterthe hurricane 93% of the power was already fully restored even tho the city itself was still in ruins but they had power... Thats the difference between the gobernment owning the electric power in a country andprivate corporations owning the power
Woodspring suites La Porte Hotel no light still 😢. Imagine cooped up in the heat with 2 dogs in a room when the window only opens halfway 😢. This is ridiculous, and they don't have backup generators.
Facts are facts this is Texas hurricanes are a a natural occurrence here and have been and will still be after this one. Texas floods like California burns every state has some sort of natural disaster that happens. You can’t blame the government for something they don’t control. When I first moved here we had hurricane Ike hit and the state was closed from Louisiana to Austin up to Dallas. We had some without power for 6 weeks. Every grocery store were just about empty and gas was gone. This one isn’t as bad but to hear people who just moved here crying it’s the governments fault is crazy. It will get better and then another hurricane will happen. On a good note winters following a direct hit usually bring good snow
I HOPE no one was yelling..., during the derecho, I was very appreciative and respectful to you guys. Please be safe and stay hydrated. ❤ Houston needs you guys ❤
Praying for Houston and all those affected by this storm. 🙏🙏🙏
