Seriously though, it takes a serious talent to be able to work two percussion instruments, a kick syncopated to the beat, as well as play a keyboard at the same time. They might be funny, but they're criminally underrated.

Weird that the majority of people in the comments don't seem to grasp the difficulty factor here.
I think most people who'd listen to music like this understand the difficulty without the need to acknowledge it. Both these musicians are brilliant, so one would expect brilliance from them. It's also a matter of perspective. I doubt either of these clowns find it difficult.

I've had this on repeat for the past couple of hours and I'm not stopping. There's a version that only plays the hot-fire of the middle section of this song, but it just doesn't hit my ADHD brain the same. The breakups and oddities of the rest of the piece make it something I can just jam to forever.

I can play all sorts of instruments but ive never tried multitasking or jumping from one to the other. This shit has grown on me. Idk if they are actually improvising with a bit of planning and rehearsing before each take, but it really captures that feeling of jaming out.
