Pete you absolutely crushed it with this video! Thanks so much. Such useful effects that I have not thought of patching up. QPAS and Morphagene's diversity, depth, and dopeness blow my mind all the time.
Hi Pete, totally loved your presentation, your style is completely different, almost a 'loopop' quality. The patches are top notch and extremely useful. I've never been a big fan of QPAS due to the resonance ( and a crappy ear drum) but you've shown so many cool new things like the panning and phasing. Also loved Walker's instagram stuff with the blind record picks that suddenly became explicit when he sampled Yoko on a very bad moment.
Every single one of these videos, these modules move a step up on my "needed" list, which is a good trick when Maths and Wogglebug are numbers 1 & 2 on there already.
Nice! I tend to think of my QPAS as this very velvetty smooth thing. I’ve been missing out on the low-fi goodness that comes from simply throwing some fast modulation into those ! inputs
Pete and Walker your tutorials on patching the Plethora of Modules outta sight as a novice to Modular I’m learning so much on the ins and outs, you should have a Jam with yourself and Walker I’d call it Duelling Patchos with side notes on the Routing cables X cellonte 👍🆒
I'm sure we can make that happen, thanks! If you haven't already, be sure to check out the manual for the Black & Gold Shared System on our website- an excellent resource for learning about both the modules in the System and modular synthesis in general.
Good call with bandpass processing shaker sounds through QPAS, and thanks for the kind words on the Phaser patch! Phasers and hi hats always go great together!
It wasn't saved unfortunately, but be sure to check out our page on Freesound for many, many Morphagene formatted Reels (including several drum loop Reels)!
This is Pete! He runs our Instagram channel. Pete and Walker are switching places this week, "Freaky Friday" style. Be sure to check out our Instagram (@makenoisemusic) to see what Walker is up to as well :)
Love Pete’s presentation style. Wouldn’t mind seeing more of him on youtube as I am not a big instagram user. 👍
Same here. At first I didn't realize it was a Makenoise video until he said it.
Looking forward to more videos, Pete! Those patches you share that are like synthesized approximations of natural phenomena are really beautiful.
Anyone reading this should search the hashtag #vcenvironment on instagram to see what Lukas is talking about. -W
So many great tricks in this one, thanks Pete! Especially the auto-panning - helps me understand how the QPas is actually working.
Thank you!!
Absolutely wonderful! One of my favorite MN videos yet!
Awesome video! I don’t know why I never run my own drum sequences through qpas! I will be now.
Really nice tips! I have the QPAS for a month now and it such an amazing module. Will be getting Morphagene next!
You had me at “QPAS patches to try with drum loops”
😍
Hi Pete! This week, I'm pleased to award you all of the Oof! that I saved up from last week, as well as this week's ration.
Excellent work, sir.
Pete you absolutely crushed it with this video! Thanks so much. Such useful effects that I have not thought of patching up. QPAS and Morphagene's diversity, depth, and dopeness blow my mind all the time.
Thanks!! There's so much to explore with either module, and pairing them together really opens up the number of possibilities!
Excellent tips- thank you!

YO PETE! You're really great at this youtube biz. PLEASE make more of these. You're real easy to understand and you make the ideas very memorable.
Dang. These are so cool. Thank you. I also wasn't aware Pete is such a babe.
Awesome patches! The Walker/Pete switch is a really fun idea, you guys both do great work.
Thank you!
Nice! Definitely going to play with the panner tomorrow, that was 🤯

Absolutely outstanding! Can’t wait to try these!
Amazing to see you here Pete! Lovely video!
Thanks for the kind words, Leo!!

The ¡¡!! inputs definitely encourage (and reward) experimentation!

Good job, Pete!
Cool and immediately useful. Thanks so much!
Walker is Mr. Rogers and this guy is Mr. McFeely.
Phaser is very nice! would use this subtile on hihats. Also using Qpas bandpass on shakers can be very effective to sit good in a mix
Good call with bandpass processing shaker sounds through QPAS, and thanks for the kind words on the Phaser patch! Phasers and hi hats always go great together!
Fantastic sounds! Thanks!
Hello Pete this is great now I need another Qpas for my other case Makenoise is the best 😇
Thank you, and hello!
Great video Pete!
