Videos will be every 10 days instead of weekly, to give residents more time to deliberate and to give ROT officers more time to conduct the video transmissions.
ROT consequences, such as Elias True being barred from the medical field upon release, will be stated in Stage 1 rather than Stage 2.
Questions now come from more unique sources rather than purely from upvotes, to give residents contributing late a chance to still be involved.

@@CamelofDestiny The issue is that the question only raises an hypothesis as written. It is not asking whether Mr Whistle "is" alive or not. Because the question is not assertive enough, the answer will be "R".

Such as withholding evidence, only broadcasting specific statements of the accused, etc? Personally, from the ads and notices we get on the side monitor, now and during the True case, I get the impression that "cycles" are how the passage of time is marked on the station. When a Cycle ends, everyone's Cycle number goes up by 1. Everyone's current Cycle is tracked, and that number functions as your official age and also grants or revokes certain rights and privileges, with children sometimes having _more_ privileges (as they are the future of the station and its leadership, making their health, intelligence, and mental wellbeing high-priority), as well as determining certain aspects of resource allocation, with, for instance, children playing with specific toys for their Cycle 2, then returning them as the Cycle ends so they can get new Cycle 3 toys and the Cycle 2 toys can be played with by the new kids entering Cycle 2.
From Mrs. Whistle's testimony specifically, it sounds like people sign up to be certified to raise children, and then when a child is born he is assigned to one of these certified families, who raise him for one Cycle before he's passed to another certified family, which raises him for a Cycle, and so on up until he reaches whatever cycle is considered to be the first "adult" Cycle. I assume it is generally believed that this method of child-rearing raises "peers" that have less of an emotional attachment to specific sub-groups of their "peers", and thus are less likely to bend the rules in favor of those who raised them. I imagine "Please! It's for your father!" or "C'mon! I'm your big sister!" don't hit quite so hard when you have almost _twenty_ fathers and nearly a _hundred_ sisters.

I think we should focus on deciding which of the 2 other punishments are appropriate. I tend to lean towards ostracize, since it's possible her husband is down there and killing her seems kinda messed up. I've never been a fan of the death penalty, but she also can't go unpunished. Who knows if somebody will do something else that makes her angry and kill again in the future.

Mrs. Whistles: you know why they ignored your complaints?
Because it WASN’T up to him,
We as a community made the decision. Your attack on our officers is an attack on us.
Your husband, with all due respect, knew what he was doing.
As did you. Should gene learn to attack our people should he disagree with a result of our officers, our community?

To the applicable staff of The Concretta: Great work on the flashing lights sign, it turned out nicely. Really livens up my janitorial shifts down that hallway. Ahem. This is serious this time. Ah, more serious this time, I mean. It's always serious when called to ROT. Sorry. Moving on...
Oh dear, Mrs Whistle. I believe her duty is what people used to call a "lunch lady", and I respect that. This won't be an easy decision, but I'd rather hear everyone else out first, as well as her and Madina's testimonies. Among what has been brought up already? I am indeed curious about the nature of Mr Whistle's crime, about any complaints filed against the late Officer Trumans, and... if there was some way to confirm Linus still lives, would Abaca have been content to be ostracized with him?
No matter what you slice it, I am afraid her time with Jean will end soon enough. At the age of two, it's highly unlikely he would even remember being raised by Ms Whistle. Even if Abaca was released, what would Jean think of being raised by a vigilante? A murderer? Perhaps, a veritable anarchist?

To Officer Madina: Can you explain what processes exist, if any, to repeal a ROT discussion? Is this what Mrs. Whistles has been attempting to do with her complaints to Officer Termins, and if so, how did his retirement possibly affect this process, as I would assume a new officer would've given the repeal a fresh, better chance (again, if it is possible)?

    Dear Officer Madina,
I hope this message finds you well. I wanted to inquire whether there is a process in place to determine the current status of individuals who have been ostracized, specifically to ascertain whether they are still alive or deceased? Additionally, if such a process exists, I would like to understand why this information has not been communicated to us previously?

(you're a real tear jerker team, patch staff)
    Whistle,
1, if you were rehabilitated, somehow, what do you see yourself doing? What was your occupation prior to this... incident?
2, I don't support the death penalty but ostracization doesn't guarantee safety, if that is chosen for you, do you think you'd be able to survive, if at all, down there? Would you at least my maybe try to find your husband who was also exiled?
3, why throw away your life like this when you got a kid? What did this dude do, exactly?
while i am leaning towards rehabilitation, i'm going to hold onto my opinion until we're actually counting votes.

Officer Madina: If I may ask, I'm not aware of all the tech used in Concreta, is there not a way for people to keep track of those placed on the planet? Such as a vital sign tracking device or anything? With this, people who were ostracized who may have been falsely accused or in serious need of their skills in a dire emergency could be retrieved.

To Officer Madina, could you please elaborate on the parent cycle system you both mentioned? Is it similar to foster care, given how Abaca’s son will transfer families in time?
To Abaca, out of curiosity, was this murder a subconscious attempt to ROT and be sent to the mining planet to verify your husband still lives and possibly reunite? I’m curious to know different levels of the psychological aspects of this case

Miss Whistle, have you ever been in contact with other individuals in the community who also felt as if Officer Temnis misrepresented ROT cases? If you did, were their interactions with similar to yours? If there was no one that felt like Officer Temnis had mishandled their cases, did you talk to other individuals in the community about Linus's case? If so, how were you treated by the community prior to Temnis's murder? Please answer truthfully so that we may deliver an accurate verdict.
