  • Although they’re super common, just training through the issue ain’t a good idea…
    Try this instead, before your next session:
    1. Massage the glutes
    2. Stretch front of the hip
    3. Stretch outside of hip
    A couple of minutes of each, making sure to do both sides… For the majority of our people who complain of an irritated lower back, this routine will fix then right up
    Of course if this doesn’t help at all, or you’ve been dealing with ongoing back pain for some time, go and see your BJJ-friendly practitioner 🤙🏼
