Gregor was my favorite! 🙃
Ok 👍👍👍
Commander gree
Bad batch
Wolffe
Fives arc in clone wars was one of the most tragic stories in Star Wars genuinely haunting how one clone was so close to stopping the rise of the empire.
It would change the whole saga
Absolutely. He is absolutely my favorite star wars character actually.
I found it quite boring till the end but when he was shot was very sad to watch they did the scene really well to a beloved character
I had a tear in my eye
If you look up the channel Nicholad Damani, he has an animated series where Fives did stop order 66
The death of Jesse symbolized the death of the Republic and that's what hit me the most
same yeah
I just now realized that Jesse's Republic emblem tattoo & helmet marking may have been an intentional choice by Filoni & co all along. Damn....
Jesse became the very thing he hated without even knowing it; a mindless drone, taking orders without question
666th like
Interesting point! Cause he had the republic symbol tattooed on him and on his helmet.
"We're just clones, Sir. We're meant to be expendable"
"Not to me"
One of the best lines in the show
@@alfredmehchi "Let's make the end memorable" is another good one
@@Nathan-FG01 lol master I-am-going -to-die
One of the sweetest things said to them
‘’We’re just numbers 99, just numbers’’
‘’Not to me, to me you’ve always had a name’’
The greatest clone of them all:
Dee Bradley Baker
How he didn't get an Emmy for his incredible voice work on the show still confuses me. If he doesn't get one for "The Bad Batch", I'll be furious.
@@darthstarkiller1912 probably because he does an awful kiwi accent lol he’s talented, but sounds nothing like a New Zealander.
@@WesleyB-Rook he doesn’t need to, although he plays people originally played by Temura Morrison, they are different and can afford to be different
Oh my goodness, I just can't say this enough how frickin awesome this guy! 😂
@Tony B.G. He sure did. Not to mention, he often did reprise his roles as the clones whenever they call for him to do so. via in the Robot Chicken Star Wars skits, lego star wars short films, etc. I'm telling you he is the frickin legend of voice work.
When the clone who punched a droid isn’t on the list:
“Impossible. Perhaps the archives are incomplete.”
OOH I remember that guy!
Wait what episode was he in ??
Don't forget the clone who ran into krell's spinning lightsabers!
@@johncarmody1283 Or the clone that threw his sandwich at cad bane
CT-CHAD?
I think Rex being 1st was inevitable...
Yeah no one was suprised by that
He's one of the best characters in the entire Star Wars universe. In Filoni we trust.
@Luke Sanchez Technically you're not wrong. Despite all the screen time Rex gets, he is a pretty static character. Fives has much better character development. That being said, I guess that's sort of the interesting thing about Rex, that throughout everything, he manages to stay the same.
Fordo:Good rank rookie
@@carlycrays2831 nah I prefer Rex over Fives, because we did get to see some great character development, especially in the Umbara arc. That and S7 Rex was amazing because it showed us how Rex went from any ordinary clone to a man simply trying to survive and save his family. Believe me, I love Fives too with all my heart, and I’m glad he was in the top 3, because he was one of the best
“Look around. We’re one and the same. Same heart, same blood.” - Fives
Your training is in your blood and my blood is boiling for a fight
This is our home, this is our war.
👆
That was probably one of my favorite or most favorite quotes in cw
Clone 99 was mine for sure
Captain Rex: "In my book, 'Experience outranks everything.'"
In that case Fordo outranks Rex. Fordo was in the first generation of ARCs and he was personally trained by Jango Fett.
If experience outranks everything then I should get them
Indeed
@@vetarlittorf1807 rex wouldnt question that

@@TKnHappyNess I didn't know Rex was still around after the fall of the Empire. Was it revealed in the books?
@@rpgtrident3364 Disney confirmed the old guy on Endor with Han Solo's team is Rex, plus Sabine references it in the Rebels finale

Yeah come on , where's my commander Fox 🦊 love at ?
Love how the series humanized the clones as individuals instead of just photocopied soldiers. Made Order 66 more tragic in Episode III. Can't wait to see "The Bad Batch".
I hope it will have the same feel as the Clone Wars and I really hope we get to see normal clones. Clone Force 99 is badass, but they don't really have the same feel as normal clones.
@@markbv591 Not yet.
The clone wars is a masterpiece. I have Never cried to a kids show except the clone wars not even gravity fallls made me cry but this show was amazing we will never get anything as beautiful as this again.
The closing scene of the series still haunts me, the score in the background, Vader picking up Ahsoka's saber... one hell of a masterpiece
@@donomar_9985 🥺
It’s definitely not a kids show, it may have started off as one, but I get what you mean
GF:what's wrong why are you crying..... were you watching Clone wars?
ME:..... yes
Fives' death is easily the most heartbreaking star wars moment. For me this show is everything star wars is and is in my opinion simply the best star wars content full stop
@George Jensen just no tough moment to watch yes but fives died while on the verge of saving the entire Jedi order much more significant moment and heart breaking moment than Ahsoka just leaving the order but ur entitled to ur view. Still he died she didn't no comparison
Hevy and Hardcase for me
Waxers death on umbara was worst for me. Gunned down by his own brothers after (unknowingly) killing his brothers
absolutely right
@@apomtaylor8054 not to mention the twi'lek girl on his helmet
this video was a good soldier for following orders
But the best soldiers make the best decisions
Kill the Jedi
99's and Fives' death are moments I can't watch without tears😪
And the end of the show mind you. The music and seeing Rex and Ahsoka having buried the fallen troopers. I can’t watch that moment without crying either. It feels like the whole world around you has just perished, and all the people you came to love are gone. Damn, i feel so empty when i watch it - truly a masterpiece!
3 clones that should've been included.
•Kix
•Commander Bly
•Last and certainly not least Commander Thorn. His last stand was easily one of the best.
Definitely kix
What about 99?
@@gareths5940he was 4
The clone that punched a droid in the movie
Thorn is a safe pic for the list, he was the good commander of the corissant guards
This video is just giving Dee Bradley Baker all the props for voicing ALL of them
That's the alternative title
Y’all forgot all about Kix, he played a part in some major events and he was the last clone of the 501st to live and the longest living clone.
Captain Keeli: gets honorable mention for his last stand with a jedi
Commander Thorn: am I a joke to you?
''I'm no Jedi''
Admit it. I loved when Obi-Wan looked at Rex and straight up told him: 'You have my permission for this one occassion, Captain' with a single look that he could execute that sadistic bastard.
The clones were far more human than the stormtroopers ever were. These men were brothers and looked out for each other like real families should. Until that damn order happened and ruined the people they were

Commander Thorn’s his last stand yelling “For The Republic” is one of the best scene in Star Wars.
The Waxer death really hit me. Seeing his helmet and how much he has grown to all of a sudden have the worst death.. man good writing
Dee Bradley Baker was the one and only voice actor who can give loyalty, bravery, courage, and unique personalities to all the Clone Troopers.
Rex was the best when he said: "Roger, roger!"
By the nature of a Top 10 list, I am all for this. Seeing the clones being designated by numbers, though-
*Fives:* "I do support it. I do! But I am not just another number! None of us are!"
The surprise that Echo was alive, turned into a cyborg and had his mind be used by the Separatists so horrific and sad.😭 Hope he truly finds his place in the “Bad Batch” squadron.
You included Hevy.
A surprise to be sure, but welcomed one.
Fives, Gregor, Hardcase, Hevy and Rex have a special place in my heart 😭♥️
Jesse final arc in season 7 was absolutely amazing
I cannot wait to see “The Bad Batch” On Disney+, it’s gonna be so badass!
“The Calvary has arrived!”
Me too.
Yeah but I don't like how Disney dose Star wars
Indeed!
Parker Smith which is why Dave Filoni is literally our only hope.
Hell yeah
i thought five's death was the last time clone wars would make me cry but when those last episodes of season 7 hit o was crying so much
"Do we take prisoners?"
" I.... Don't"
Your best video yet! Can’t complain, they’re all awesome! Some others (not personal preference, but character written wise):
1. Kix
2. Boil
3. Dogma
4. Sinker
5. Boost
6. Fox
7. Ponds
8. Slick
9. Bly
10. Gree
Some fan favourites:
1. Thorn
2. Doom
3. Vaughn
4. Delta Squad
5. Oddball.
Some of my other personal favourites:
Colt, Denal, Buzz, Fil, Hawk, Thire.
Man, nobody likes Fox, he killed the best clone.
I hate fox! He killed fives and blamed Ashoka
And jek
I would have also included Kix. His devotion to keeping his brothers alive was legendary! Plus, he was the only clone to survive to the sequel trilogy.
Commander Thorne. That final stand moment was badass
You better put fives high
Edit: I am satisfied
You forgot about that one clone who punched a droid
They didn’t even have Thorn in honorable mentions with a last stand like that
Yeah. I understand him not being in the top 10, but it's inexcusable leaving him out entirely.
@@CC--hs1ur yeah I wouldn’t put him in my top 10 but 100% in honourable mentions
Ikr
Some of the moments from the Clones were certainly heavy and hit pretty hard, which showed just how well thought out the storylines were.
Hevy sacrificed himself in order to prevent the Separatists from invading Kamino
Fives was gunned down before he could reveal why Tup killed the Jedi commander
99 sadly lost his life while trying to help his fellow clones during the invasion of Kamino
The clone who betrayed his fellow clones for he desired freedom, given how they were "slaves" for the Jedi
Domino squad who were considered failures until they finally learned to work together
The clone who left the army of the Republic and had a life none of the clones ever had
"But I'm *NOT* just another number! _None_ of us are!"
Fives remains not only my most favorite clone trooper, but my most favorite _Star Wars_ character, *PERIOD!!!*
Rex is not only my favorite clone, he is my favorite Character
Rex still has the (ok, second to I am your father) best line in the entire Star Wars media lineup. "I hate to tell you this Commander, but THEY DONT CARE! This ship is going down, and those troopers, my brothers, are willing to die, and take you and us along with them!"
U missed one: Commander Thorn. He too went out like a boss
FOR THE REPUBLIC!!!
The death of Fives broke my soul, but at least the nightmares are over for him
For clones that deserve more recognition:
1. Cody.
2. Boss.
3. Fordo.
4. Sev.
5. Scorch.
6. Fixer.
7. Nate.
8. Appo.
9. Faie.
10. Bacara.
Republic Commando Clones don't get much recognition because their not cannon, and mainly ranks like this are based off screen time.
@@Avectus45 Actually they are canon. Even if they weren't, that's no excuse to ignore them.
Commander Thorn better be in this list
Edit: My disappointment is immeasurable and my day is ruined
Especially that they described his last stand as "awesome", it is don't get me wrong but thorn's last stand is one of the shows' best moments
Maybe in the next list
When I was a kid I cried when Echo died. Finding out he was still alive a decade later was great.
I know this is late, but me too! Echo was my favorite clone!
@@admiralbricks7815 Echo was my second favorite along with Rex. Echo and Rex were the 2nd and 3rd clone figures I had, the 1st being a set of Jek with Yoda
I've been waiting for this
Congrats! You got liked by Watchmojo
Kix, the last surviving clone trooper who could’ve stopped Order 66 from happening
Seeing 99 on this list brought a tear to my eye😭
"Star Wars: The Clone Wars" would not be the same without Dee Bradley Baker voicing every single clone trooper.
You left out how Cody was in Revenge of the Sith and sadly followed Order 66 against Obi Wan
Only legends know WHO the top 3 clone troopers are
I mean 3 is questionable but 1 and 2 are obvious
Exactly, it goes:
1) Rex
2) Fives
3) Clone who punched a droid
Yes
@@mrdoctorprofessorponytail9219 well i respect the clone who uses his fist to punch the droid but echo has a very different stories from ppl knowing he was dead in early seasons to being a big part in season 7
Without actually watching this I assume it's going to be
1. Coleman "The wise" tre.... I mean Rex
2. Fives
3. Echo?
Edit. Bang on lol
the fact clone war gave us care about each clone tell you how good the show it cause most show focus on one or two soldier but we get plenty fall in love with each character and their own character and Heavy and 99 still hit hard man
Commander Thorne is missing, such badassery in a last stand, using a rotary blaster as a melee weapon is beyond awesome
Commander Thorn will always be my favorite for the most honorable and sickest ways of going out ever
Captain Rex is my very favorite character in star ⭐️ wars the clone wars
Maaaan... I get so melancholic every time I see the clones being badass.
"The Clone Wars in a Nutshell..."
You are an epic guy! I can barely wait for your next episode in the alternate Mandalore Siege arc.
99 is the true Clone Trooper.
Fun Fact: George Lucan made it canon that Rex was in the Battle of Endor as being the old man with the white beard.
Legit the ending of clone wars almost got me Ashoka saving Rex and he realized at that moment when they fought hard to escape, he had to kill his own brothers and at the same time realized those clones wasn't his brothers and then Ashoka removed his mask to see his face and he was tearing up. That hit me deep. Just that whole scenario was powerful.
That was just a masterpiece of animation. I was ready for all the death, but I wasn't ready for that.
Good Quote, The things you are passionate about are not random, they are your calling.
Really?! Not even an honourable mention Boil and Kix?😐
And Kix even survives in a cryo pod all the way in the Sequel trilogy era
@@NobelTheKnave True, but they didn't count that as it wasn't *in* the Clone Wars series itself.
This shouldn't even be a list just one number: all of them and that's it there you go.
Except fox. Fox can go to hell
And Dogma. He was the WORST!!
@@jlord5078 he is like a teacher's pet

Favorite clone moment is when Cody punched Grevious in the face
@Wes Bradley-Taubner 2003 was too much
The clone troopers were (undoubtedly) my most favorite part of this unforgettable series. I often found their story arcs to be the most engaging compared to that of the Jedi on a personal level, and knowing what ultimately becomes of them always felt like a foreboding cloud preceding a storm of tragedy.
I have spoken.
Jesse had the most tragic ending!
Jesse and fives hit so hard
“My blood is boiling for a fight!”
This was a much sadder video than I hoped for. It’s like I’m rewatching some of the most heartbreaking things I’ve seen during my younger years.
This definitely hit the feels.
Favorite Mojo Video now!
Yeah
I feel like Slick should have been an honourable mention. Not because he was good, but he was like our first look at the idea of Clones really thinking for themselves.
Thanks for giving Keeli an honorable mention, we may have only known him and his general for one episode but they got one of the best send offs ever.
A very well done video! While I usually also enjoy your videos I often find myself disagreeing with them and where you focus the character spotlight on. This time I think the list was done absolutely perfectly. The existance of this video alone just makes me really happy, and I can almost agree with every single placing. (Might have replaced Keeli with Thorn in the honourables since his last stand is better known and quite frankly even more epic, as well as let Dogma in there somewhere, he has a really interesting character, but overall, the devotion to giving each of the characters a minute or more to be talked about is just awesome and I am genuinly really happy I watched this, full length. Every inside joke and comment is on point, def. deserved a like and sub : )
A list about clones? I've been looking forward to this.
Clones are the best characters!
This show truly crushed it. The Clones are showcased and given the respect they deserved as humans and individuals. Some of the best Star Wars and Television I've ever seen. I love how this show (and subsequent clone appearances) doesn't gloss over the horrors of war and the effects it has on the Soldiers. As a veteran, this really resonates with me. Amazing show.
Pretty solid list, though I do think that Thorn went out as badass as Keely did. So many of these clones deserve spots on the list, it could have been a top 20. Gregor's journey was insane, and the death of people like 5s, Jesse, Hevy, 99 and others are tragic.
Captain rex a character so iconic he was in a made before he was even thought of
Bad Batch above Jesse, Wolffe, Waxer and Hevy...?
Feels good till you refresh
lol
for me the clones are just aborts of laboratory but i think that the "best" clone is RC-1207 "Sev" maybe he just appeared by some seconds in the serie, but in the videogame of Republic Commando he is the clone that remembers why the the arc troopers of Genddy Tartakovsky were so epic (in special ARC-77)
I think that Commander Thorn should get at least an honorable mention because of his sacrifice protecting Padme. His last words, “For the Republic!” was one of the greatest war cry there is in the Clone Wars. Rip Commander Thorn.
If they only named a clone "Dee"
It would also be funny if they named 3 clones Dee, Bradley, Baker.
Knew Captain Rex would be number one, I LOVED Captain Rex in the show. Can’t wait to see what’s in store for him in The Bad Batch! I also loved 99, Fives, and other clones we’ve lost in the show, ESPECIALLY Jesse. Man, hurts still even just thinking or mentioning him. I've waited a while for this and it was so worth it.
how bout that one clone who punched a droid on the face?
and got blasted after
No surprise Rex was No. 1, there’s a lot of great and iconic clones in this series, but nobody is as iconic as Captain Rex
Ive been looking forward to this
This has been awaited for so long
Ah Yess Captain Rex 🔥👏
I love that 99 was only in 2 episodes and was ranked above Cody and so he should be
I mean I think 99 was a much more developed character than Cody was, plus 99 had a bit more a tragic story when he was never given a chance to be a soldier, but still sacrificed himself to help his brothers.
I think Gregor is the coolest clone trooper in the Clone Wars..!! Thank you for the update, WatchMojo..!!
Cody had the highest rank a clone could achieve and no other clone comanded as many clones as he did

That hit me deep. Just that whole scenario was powerful. Executive Producer George Lucas and Lucasfilm Animation present Star Wars: The Clone Wars. Set between Episode II and Episode III of the Star Wars saga, Star Wars: The Clone Wars combines ground-breaking computer-generated animation with epic storytelling. As war sweeps through the galaxy, the Jedi Knights, including heroes Yoda, Anakin Skywalker, Obi-Wan Kenobi, and newcomer Ahsoka Tano, fight against the dark side of the Force in order to restore peace to the galaxy. Led by Count Dooku, his assassin Asajj Ventress, and the mechanical General Grievous, the Separatists scheme to defeat the Jedi. Each episode is an action-packed adventure that delves deeper into the Star Wars universe, introducing new characters and exploring new planets as the Jedi and their Clone Army embark on new missions to protect the galaxy. Gregor's journey was insane, and the deaths of people like 5s, Jesse, Hevy, 99, and others are tragic. More Honorable Mentions: Thorn, was such a badass soldier that during his last stand, he cried "For the Republic!" and tanked four shots to the chest before going down. There, Rys, and Jek, Yoda's troopers from the series' pilot episode, laid the groundwork for how the bond between Jedi and Clone would be explored through the rest of the series. Ponds, Mace Windu's faithful and compassionate 2nd in command was executed by Aurra Singh. Kix, the recurring 501st medic who treated Rex on Salucemi, served on Umbara with Fives, Jesse, Harcase, and Tup, and helped Fives on his last mission. eo. Hevy was named Hevy by 99 because he was always trying to be a heavy anchor and pull the weight of his squad. He is fond of the z-6 but canonically it was 99 who named him although not because of the heavier gun. 99 is the true Clone Trooper. I really think Waxer and Boil should have been arc Troopers because of how they were in the show and how they did well in combat Honestly, for the bad batch, if you are in only one arc consisting of only 3 episodes in the final season and you end up with your own spin-off series, you know you’re some of the best. They ended up showing up in the final season and had generally less screen time than other characters who got or are getting their own spin-offs like obi wan, Ahsoka, and Boba Fett.
Rex is not only my favourite clone, but also my favourite Star Wars character of all time. But not only my favourite Star Wars character of all time, but my favourite character of anything in all time.
Rex is number 1 for sure
