Spring Virtual Bike Ride on Chicago's Lakefront Trail [4K]

Mar 21, 2022 - Spring is officially here in Chicago... well sort of. On this particular ride the temperature was 70ºF (21ºC), the warmest it's been in months. But it true Chicago fashion, the warmth was short lived, and the days following the ride were cold and rainy. I rode from Prairie District in South Loop, north on the Lakefront Trail by Soldier Field, and finished just near the Field Museum overlooking Lake Michigan. It was great to see the Lakefront Trail busy again after months of cold weather.
